I discovered Mike's Auto parts by chance on Amazon searching for Wool Wax products to coat the undercarriage of my car and while there I followed the brand to their website and it listed where WW products could be bought and it just so happens that Mike's auto parts came up. So I popped into my local auto parts store and the shelves were stocked with an assortment of Wool Wax products and knowledgeable customer friendly associates to answer my questions. I went in for some coolant and didn't know anything about what kind or how to even put it in my car. The gentlemen there was very helpful and gave some tips on how to put the coolant in my car and let me know that I had to wait a few hours for my engine to cool down. He was very friendly and helped out a lot!

Love all the staff. I recently was there for and oil change and winter tire swap. Never leave there disappointed about anything. Work is great and the price is fair! Only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because they dont work on motors and certain things that you may need done. They are very helpful in trying to send you in the right direction.

They're amazing!!! I called them early one Monday morning explaining that my boyfriends tire and wheel needed to be replaced and they told me to come in and they'd take a look. I drove there immediately and Erik took the time to explain every detail to me about what needed to be done to get the car up and running again. They had me out the door and off to work in no time! They took the time to fix the wheel instead of saying I had to replace it - saving me money! Honest crew, hard working and GREAT customer service!
