I took my 2015 Buick Enclave in for recommended services, including coolant system flush, brake syttem service fluid flush, rear differential fluid drain & fill, oil change and, transfer case fluid drain and fill. Had my vehicle fixed and returned the same day and had multiple issues that they had to Be fixed they knew I was leaving for a few days on a road trip and I made sure I was up and running in time to go. The dealer wanted over $2000 labor to perform some suspension work on my SUV. Mike performed the same work for a fraction of the price. The work was performed perfectly as always. The quality of workmanship is theoretically no different at the dealer as it is at Mike's but the reality is that Mike doesn't have the overhead that dealers have and this allows him to pass the savings onto his customers. Full disclosure... I have known Mike over 25 years and I am a former auto tech who can no longer work on my own vehicles. I trust his work quality and being in the business, I know factually his prices are more than fair. WJM

Awesome place, I called last minute to request help installing my headlight light bulbs because they are a tight squeeze, they took me in right away ( I was driving there as I was talking to them on the phone) the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I was in and out in probably less than 20 minutes and the charge was super reasonable. What a great shop, I wish I knew of them earlier, if I need service in the future I will definitely give them a call

I’ve trusted Mike’s Auto with several of my cars over the years, and they’ve never let me down. I was first referred to them in 2021, when they did over $2,000 worth of extensive work on my neglected 2013 Chevy Malibu, restoring it to good condition at a fair price. Since then, I’ve recommended them to anyone looking for reliable auto service. Most recently, I brought in my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport after Hyundai failed it on an oil consumption test and told me the engine needed a full decarbonization. Mike’s Auto handled the job without hesitation, first trying a few less expensive options before moving forward with the full decarbonization since it’s such a costly service. They also gave me helpful advice on additional ways to improve my vehicle’s overall health. They completed the decarbonization, cleared two check-engine codes, replaced belts, filters, spark plugs, my inspection sticker, and more—at $1,150 less than what the dealership quoted me. Everything was done exactly as promised, backed by a 2-year warranty on the work. Mike’s Auto continues to earn my trust, and I’ll never stop recommending them.

I've only been twice so far as we just moved here but they definitely have a customer for life. Everyone has been so kind and everything is explained perfectly - no mansplaining or upselling like you might find in other shops. First time here, referred by a friend. I was able to do a walk in for an oil change and had some filters changed as well. Stephanie assisted with getting me in quickly. I assumed prices would be a bit more affordable but they are comparable to the dealership prices that I normally go to. Despite that, service was efficient. Great marketing idea to include a QR code along with the little surprise. I would come here again for future services.
