The person on front desk talk to people so rude. It’s such a disrespectful and discriminatory. I was shocked. I had a flat tire so I was in rush so I had to stay to get my tire fixed. It is so shameful

I used them once before for an oil change and tire rotation and had a very good experience, this time I tried 3× in a little over a week to make an appointment for the same service on their website but they never answered my service requests so I went somewhere else.

Made an appointment for a checkup on my belt since it was squeaking. Walked out with a new belt, new back brakes and rotors, and factory grades spark plugs. Just over 700. Great service. I did wait for the job on the car. It was a little over 4 hours for all of that. Not too bad at all. Thank you guys. I will be bringing grasshopper back to you at some point to get more done.

The manager of this garage is wonderful. Business is lucky to have him. I needed to get tire nut/studs as I could not get new tires on my 2016 Subaru Cross Trek, they found additional work ( wheel bearings, routers, and brake pads) that needed to be done in order for my car to be fully functional. Manager worked with me to get the best deal. I fully intend to use this place for my future car needs. I feel confident driving now. The owner is lucky to have such a great manager. I returned today, 6 mos later. Had low tire pressure light on. Manager determined low air, filled and said I was all set but I said I wanted to know why. It turned out COSTCO when putting on my tires 6 mos ago did not sand down the abrasion on the rim. This manager is super - goods salesman and good to the customers. Owner should keep this guy around!!! Other people in waiting room also said he was wonderful.

Helped resolve multiple tire leaks and fix a catastrophic suspension failure (faulty toe link adjusters) with 4WD tire alignment. Westside Tire & Auto genuinely wants to give customers the best value, service, and competitive price. I had a few questions about the car and warranty and credit card surcharges which the owner was patient to help answer. 20+ years of experience, very knowledgeable, and they leave your car in better shape each time.

Had a transmission installed in my car took a little bit longer than I wished for, but hey, what can you do times are busy. The only peeve I got is they couldn’t afford a court of antifreeze or a pint of steering fluid. It could have been because I picked the car up right at closing time so it could’ve been over sight like I said not a big problem. I had some at home anyway Great service great price not a bitching at all. I probably will end up setting people I know there, but I’ll be telling them to make sure to top off your fluids. I work for the worst Auto Mechanic Business in Massachusetts I’m not gonna name names but he made damn sure if somebody spent money in that building that they at least got their fluids topped off. I mean it’s no big deal. I had some at my house just something to keep an eye on great job guys owe you big will recommend one last thing. Let me tell you. I got 20 years of Auto Mechanic under my belt. I am very, very very picky on who touches my car because I’m a mechanic. I know what they do. I would bring my car back here again. One thing I would like to ask, I know the steering rack had to be disconnected from the subframe in order to take that down? I’m wondering if you Gave it a front end alignment cause I gave it one and I cannot get the car to stop going to the right just a tad this car goes perfectly straight now. Thanks a lot. I would heavily recommend this place. My roommate actually needs A wheel bearing that I particularly don’t want to do. I’m too old. I might send her there. Cheers guys merry Christmas.
