I unexpectedly found myself at Balise Collision Repair after my car started making an awful noise on the Mass Pike yesterday. I thought I had blown a tire and was really worried that I wasn't going to be able to make it safely off the highway. Like an answer to a prayer, there was Balise Collision Repair right where (and when) I needed it! Chris came right over to see if I needed help and personally helped me figure out what was going on and had his crew fix me right up ( thankfully not a flat tire!). Chris and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and put me at ease during an unexpected situation. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I was greeted in a friendly manner, I belive Chris was the man's name that came out with me to look at the damage. I remember he lives in southwick. He went through the damage, not so bad, and informed me that they are running 2.weeks out. I informed him that I was paying for my own rental and asked if he could expedite it. It only took 9 days till I had it back. The lady at the front desk was also very good at her job. The repairs were completed and I see no imperfections.

I picked up my RX350 from Balise Collision today and I couldn't be happier. I will always be amazed at how a collision center can take a damaged vehicle and make it look brand new again. My car looks just like it drove off the dealership showroom floor today just as it did when I bought it 6 years ago. I am so impressed. I do want to mention a particular employee who went beyond the call of duty for me on a trim detail that took a bit to resolve. He never gave up on the issue and made sure it came back to my satisfaction. I thank him and appreciate his extra efforts on this matter as I am not an easy customer to deal with because I am a perfectionist. His name was Scott, (a manager), and his level of customer service is rarely seen in today's world. I hope Balise Collision appreciates him. They should make sure they hang onto him also as there aren't many people like him left out there. He deserves to be commended for his persistence and "over the top" customer service. UPDATE (December 2025)received an message from Balise. They were checking in to make sure everything is good and to let me know about my paint curing!! What an AWESOME PLACE!!!! Terrific customer service and follow up!!! They took great care of me and did an amazing job on my car!!! Looks brand new!!! The people that work there are so helpful, kind, and nice!!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My 2024 Subaru Forester had to be repaired. It was done in a timely manner. When I picked my car up it looked great couldn’t tell that it had been hit. I was impressed with the quality of work. My car was detailed inside smelled like it was new and the outside was washed and looked great. I would highly recommend Balise Collision Repair .

No one ever wants to have to deal with repairs after a collision, but Balise Collision Repair were great to work with and took a lot of the headache of dealing with the aftermath of a collision off of me. They kept me up to date on the whole process and worked well with my insurance. Once they had the car, there was very little for me to do besides wait. When I got my car back it looked good as new and drives like nothing had happened. I highly recommend Balise Collision Repair.

I never thought I’d be writing this about a company I once trusted. Over the years, I’ve brought five repairs and four vehicles to Balise Collision. I kept going back because I believed in the Balise name and because I previously worked for Balise Hyundai, which built trust. My first repair in 2015 went well. Everything after that slowly went downhill. My wife’s Honda came back missing accessories. My Volkswagen later came back with missing hardware, poorly installed panels, incorrect seals, a seat installed over seatbelt anchors, and a bent rear axle. I had to fight my insurance company and prove—through multiple independent checks—that the rear was out before it was finally replaced. I’m a VW-certified technician and licensed Massachusetts safety and emissions inspector with over $30k in tools. I don’t complain for fun. I notice details because I do this for a living. The most recent repair was the breaking point. My windshield was replaced without permission. My rocker panel was damaged. My fuel filler assembly was destroyed. Sharp, unfinished paint edges were left in the door jamb. Most of it was denied. Scott, the GM, eventually gave me a replacement fuel pocket while still denying responsibility. I installed it myself because I trusted myself more than the shop. He’ll smile and shake my hand, but nothing was truly resolved. I used to love my car. Now it feels tainted. Every time I see it, I’m reminded of this experience. All I wanted was honest, safe, quality work. All of my negative experiences have been at the West Springfield collision location. I’ve only had positive experiences at the Balise Collision facility in Springfield behind Balise Hyundai. I still buy my cars from Balise, but I will never trust this location again. I’ll be using other body shops going forward. This isn’t anger. It’s disappointment. I do not recommend Balise Collision in West Springfield.
