I came to this location to have my tires rotated and aligned, and because I've neglected getting them rotated and aligned previously I needed some work done on my vehicle, I cannot stress how amazing the wonder woman at the front desk eased my anxious nerves and was able to get me the best deal for my money or lack there of lol but she explained in detail what needed to be done and explained what work will be done, this whole interaction was beautiful and I'm very very grateful for the service completed and the kindness shown from both customer service and the technician. I will be back for future service!

NEVER coming back here again. I set appointment for 1:30pm to get my tires rotated and alignment. They didn’t even take my care in for at least 2 hours. After waiting another two hours while my car was back there they told me I needed air filters and other things. I said no thank you, I came for rotation and alignment. After waiting for four hours my car is done. THEY DIDN'T ROTATE MY TIRES. So even after waiting for four hours they didn’t even do what I paid them to do. Here offering me things I didn’t ask for and didn’t even do what I paid them to do SMH.

Wouldn’t even give one star didn’t even make an appointment and already felt disrespected. I’ve been trying to compare prices for my brakes and I know everything I need and make/model and other places gave it to me. And this guy just was like I charge a 10$ fee to begin and I don’t give estimates knowing I know what I need and just plain out rude to me. One way to lose business.

I would highly recommend against doing business here, just brought my vehicle for inspection and failed inspection for tire tread with tires that are less than 18 months old and they ‘conveniently’ provided a quote for 4 brand new tires. This is baseline unethical and borderline extortion.

They are unable to do alignment on classic 4x4 truck. They messed up mine then falsely claimed problems with my brakes or bearings when they were all new. Toe adj was way off. Had to fix it myself, leaving steering wheel way off. Will fix that later. Snake oil salesman would not rotate tires and tried to upsell for tires I did not need. Find another place. They can do oil change.

I was told it would be about an hour. In @1145am, and out @245pm (3 hours!). Locking nut key was still on wheel when car brought around. Missing lug nut. I was told it was missing when I arrived, but I don't believe that's true. It was on when I last filled up, and I was not informed it was missing and it was not noted on the paperwork. How would they know there's a bearing problem without removing the wheel?

I had an appointment for 3pm for an alignment. I bring my car and wait more than an hour just for them to tell me they can’t do it because my car is to “low” . Mind you I bring my car here all the time to get an alignment and now all of a sudden they “can’t” do it. It’s pretty crazy I paid for a lifetime alignments . It’s not fair and I feel like I should get my money back !!!!!!

Last time I stopped in I had a negative experience but my car died late in the day and they were the only place near by that was open so I called, Chris was very helpful over the phone. I had my car towed in and dropped off and FS communicated and answered my questions well. Chris explained the details of my situation and how the warranty works and was kind and helpful. (I didn’t see the tiny man who was rude to me last time, hopefully he’s gone)

Got a flat on my hour ride home from work. Needs tire replacement, said I could get there in 8 minutes and anything they could do since im losing air rapidly from the sidewall of the tire and would need to keep stopping at gas stations to fill up. Was hoping they would help a stranded motorist out. Been buying all my tires through Firestone. Really sad they won’t help loyal customers when all they need is one tire and stranded will be making sure I bring my business to the shop that fit me in !

Phone call provided I great information about the state RMV auto inspection with a kind voice on the other end. I made my way down to the service center, was warmly welcomed. Representative was informative and got me registered, and understood what my car needed for service. I was told wait time would be 1-1 1/2 hours with 2 cars ahead of me.
