I have brought my car to Walt Bros twice this past year and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs. Not only are they fair but I dropped my car off this morning after calling yesterday and it was ready by 4. I also ended up paying less then was first told to me on the phone!! When does that ever happen! Don't hesitate to use them for all of your repair needs!

Did not have a good experience. Brought my car to be fixed, got it back and drove it for about a day and the service engine light came back on only to look in the engine to find missing screws, wires not put back in the correct place and vacuum hoses still not connected... even though I told them to replace them they did not do as I asked. I even called and left a message to see if they could help me out and never got a call back. You would think after paying almost 1000 to get my car fixed it would be done properly and completely... but not with these guys

Absolutely the best. I always take my Jetta here for oil changes. Just had my clutch repaired here (thanks to damage done at Balise). They did a great job on the repair and they're honest. Very hard to find these days!!

Following a single car accident in my BMW, damage to the steering mechanism and tire rendered my car unsafe to drive. Jack and Justin at Walt’s Auto Repair were really accommodating in getting my car repaired quickly. They assisted in coordinating with my insurance company and completed extensive repairs in one day. I was so impressed with their professionalism and will continue to have them service my vehicle in the future.

I've been going to dealerships for the past couple years. Biggest mistake I've made. I came in for a brake issue, inspection sticker, and oil change. Dropped off my car, and was notified within an hour or so of how they identified the issue, what needs to be done, and how they'll fix it. They were timely, fast, and did a great job. Driving home, I could feel the difference in my brakes in a very positive way! When I was picking up my vehicle, I asked some questions pertaining to the life of my car. They provided me with much needed insight that allowed me to feel better knowing that my vehicle still can continue forward with its use. These are honest, hard working people, that deliver with knowledge that they've acquired over the years. Would 1000% come back again, and again when I need work done on my vehicle.

5/5 Recommend. Finally writing a review for Walts Bros… I had a V50 with blown head gasket. Walts took it in, repaired it perfectly (imo) and at a great, fair cost. If I ever own a Saab/Volvo/European whatever I will bring here everytime.

I’ve been going to Walt’s for at least 20 years. They have taken great care of all my 3 Volvo's. After this many years I’d say they are family. They’ve been available for emergencies at the drop of a hat. My sister was visiting from VT. when she had a vehicle emergency. They fit her in that day and took care of the car and her, (she was a complete mess with worry about getting home). We love them. 😊

Walt’s Brothers repair shop on 855 Elm street in West Springfield did a fantastic job in detailing my sisters Honda civic 2010 . It was a mess when I brought it into the shop and when Justin got done cleaning it up well , I will just say it was show room beautiful at a very reasonable price . This is Heather again, Just adding another review- I traded my Mercedes in for a Range Rover due to the Mercedes being too small for my growing almost 9 yr old boy… sports, etc. So a bunch of notifications came up on the dash only 4 months into getting this car and I’m extremely nervous and anxious about what the problem is. I’m praying it’s nothing major. They are so reasonable and understanding & that’s why I always tell anyone I know to go to Walts if they need help with their cars because I know they’ll get it done & for a decent price too! Nothing bad I could ever say about them. Very reputable and respectful!
