Very professional, honest and cares about his customers. Had torn o2 sensor harness and repaired it fast and professionally with testing to make sure everything is working. This guy will tell you how it is and give you what you want as long as it's not overly Damaged but what I like about this shop is customer service and he will actually talk to you and tell you a few possible options until he fully assesses the issue for final diagnosis. Other shops I have been to they are cold and not concerned with what you are telling them so if you want honesty and good work then this should be your shop.

Mike is great! I had the top end done on my truck and so far everything seems to be running correctly. I stopped by randomly and got to see the progress they were making on my truck. They gave me all my old parts and explained in great detail what was going on with my truck. I also had a great deal of knowledge about what was going on with my truck so I could tell they weren’t trying to rip me off, I knew about how much it would cost and they ball parked the same numbers.

Mike is honest and a class act. Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. Without getting into details, an issue arose during the road test after the work was complete, which resulted in needing different tires. Mike went beyond just normal customer service to notify me of the issue and work out a solution that I was satisfied with. these guys are very nice, and also completely full of shit. i took my car there and received an estimate of $7500 worth of work and suggested I buy a new car. after freaking out for 2-3 days i drove it to auburn, california even though the wheels were pretty messed up. the mechanic there got it repaired and road ready in 24 hours for $300.00. absolute nonsense

I would strongly caution anyone from using this shop. I brought my vehicle in for a routine smog inspection and they failed it because I had an OBD2 scanner plugged into my radio. Instead of giving me a simple heads up that this would trigger an automatic failure — something any decent mechanic would mention before running the test — they went ahead, charged me, ran the smog, and failed me anyway. This wasn’t an emissions issue. My Jeep is fully compliant. It was a pure technicality, and they chose not to communicate it. Now I’m stuck dealing with a DMV appointment and unnecessary hassle that could’ve been avoided with a 10-second conversation. In my experience, this felt like careless service and bad business practice. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that treats customers with transparency and respect.
