I am very pleased with Mike’s Auto Body. I was concerned at first because an uninsured motorist hit me, causing almost $20,000 worth of damage to my car - and I do not have a very expensive car; still, my insurance wanted to repair it. My car was in the shop for almost 3 months and I was very frustrated being without a vehicle after my rental coverage exhausted. Diana was very nice - even though I called frequently and sent multiple e-mails. There was a parts delay/issue so I understood it wasn’t their fault, but it was still very upsetting. What did I do to deserve this? I asked. However, I got my Jeep back today and it now drives better than it did before it was hit, and it looks amazing! This is a quality body shop that you can trust. They gave a silver lining to a horrible situation. I definitely recommend.

I recently had bumper damage on my car which I didn't want to claim on my insurance so I decided to take it to Mikes Body Shop. I am very pleased with the service and the excellent job that they did. Their price was also very reasonable. The staff was great and professional. I highly recommend.

I never write reviews, so I pray you all read thoroughly. I took my car to this shop on Nov.4th, and they had until Nov.15th to fix it per my insurance. They had my car for over a month for a paint job. I kept receiving notices (because I have a brand-new car) that they were running my car for long periods of time. Come to find out they performed tests on my car without my permission, stole parts from my car to put in another car and put that cars parts in my car, and replaced my battery also without my permission telling me "my car died on them" (my car is only two years old) when in fact they took the cables out of my engine. The night I came to finally get my car they were "washing it" in the back when in reality they didn't even start on it in the first place. I come Saturday Dec.3rd to get it again and what do they have to say? "It's not finished". At the end of the day, I will be filing a lawsuit. I couldn't reply to their response below which is literally over two years ago. My review stands as of 08.14.2025 and it isn't false information. I still have all the backup because I did file a lawsuit, filed a police report, but because of them being a small business they said i wouldn't have gotten much from it. I never signed any paperwork for you to perform tests on my car because it was only my door that needed to be fixed and painted. I still have photo documentation and also videos of ya'll still not being done with my paint job even after the month of having it. My battery died because you kept running my car, because I had just had it replaced at the dealership (per my paperwork). YOU REPLACED IT because you knew it died on your behalf. Then when I came to talk to your old father who owns the place he didn't even have anything to say. Anyway, please find someone else to play with and bother on this lovely Thursday. My review is correct

Mike’s Body Shop did an amazing job fixing up my car after it got hit by another car. It looks just like new! I was pleasantly surprised to find that along with fixing what needed to be fixed, they also completely cleaned the interior of my car and gave the exterior a wash! My car was fixed in a timely manner as well. I definitely recommend using this shop.

Great Experience from start to finish! They were quick to address the problem with my SUV's windshield, quoting and billing were seamless, they finished a day early then expected. Then when picking up the vehicle I noticed it had been detail cleaned. Top Notch service and I would highly recommend.

I never do this but since I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. I have a misaligned trunk, and my brake lights don’t work. Progressive recommended taking our car into them after our accident. I just want it to be repaired.

Initially good experience and gave a pickup date. Pickup date came around and they would not give time or status on my vehicle. Would not return calls and voicemails. Picked up my vehicle and had dirty gloves, white paint, wine cork (I don’t drink) all in my center console. Quarters missing from console. Found lug nut in map pocket not on vehicle 2 days later. Would not recommend this company for any repairs

I'm so thankful for Mike's Auto shop. I contacted them right after my wife wreck our car (Ford Bronco sport) and told my insurance company where I wanted it to be repaired. Let's just say, my vehicle looks better then when i purchased it. Staff was extremely friendly and communicated with me through out every step. Also, the turn around to get my vehicle fixed was super quick even tho my insurance company was taken FOREVER!!!

I can't say enough great things about Mike's Body Shop! After my insurance company declared my car a total loss, Mike's was willing to work with me to get it back on the road safely—and I’m so glad they did. Not only did they help me navigate the process, but when I picked up my car, they had gone above and beyond my expectations. The car was cleaned, detailed, and even had minor fixes done to areas that weren’t related to the original damage. Truly impressive! A special shoutout to Simon at the front desk—always friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. My photos aren't great, due to reflection & lighting, but the work done by Mike's was outstanding. I was parked & a truck backed into me, she was very nice about it & I used a shop that her insurance worked with in my hometown. From my first call my experience was great & a welcome relief in these crazy times! Diana was so helpful & instrumental in getting me a rental car. Simon & Carlos walked me through everything from drop off to picking up my repaired car. All three were very helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring, & thoughtful. I want to also compliment the awesome mechanics & paint experts for doing such a nice job. My car is 10 yrs & the paint matches perfectly. Horrible work done leaving more damages to the truck than it had when it arrived and still Charged my insurance $11,000. The condition of the truck is so awful we are ashamed to even drive it with the horrible quality of work done. They completely took advantage of an 84 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran by doing this and continuing to ignore my request for Management to atleast look over the damages their shop caused and lack of repairs completed. My insurance cost has now almost doubled. The shop had the truck for over 4 months and suddenly completed repairs after receiving a call from Geico that I had to return the rental car. They brought the truck to the house in the rain (couldn't see the extent of how horrible it was) Damages: scratches around back glass, paint running down back glass and bed, tare in back seat, dents and deep scratches all around the "repairs" , broke all tabs on the number feeder, weatherstripping damaged on back driver side, several services charged but not done, screw in $300 tire

I stopped by Mike’s Body Shop to ask about some ghosting and lines left in my paint after I tried to remove my own spoiler. I was pretty upset, thinking I had turned an easy modification into permanent damage. I showed the issue to one of the guys there (I didn’t catch his name, sadly), and he said, “Give me 15 minutes.” When he came back, the paint looked perfect. COMPLETELY cleaned up. And to my surprise, he didn’t even charge me for it. That kind of generosity and professionalism really meant a lot. I’m recovering from labrum surgery and only have use of one arm right now, so this was a huge help. Super grateful for the quick fix and the kindness. Highly recommend this place, they’re good guys. I can't say enough good things about Mike’s Autobody! My Ford F250 was seriously damaged while parked, and I was stressed about the repairs. A friend recommended Mike’s, and I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I provided them with my claim number, they took complete control of the process. They arranged for a tow truck to get my vehicle to their shop right away, communicated seamlessly with the insurance company, and even coordinated another F250 rental from Enterprise for me. The team was incredibly professional and efficient, completing over $13,000 worth of repairs, including a broken front axle, in just one week! When I picked up my truck, not only were the repairs flawless, but the vehicle was spotless and fully detailed.
