Never, never, never take your vehicle here. They have no concern about your vehicle while its in their care. They do not care about time. They will have your vehicle as long as they want. Doing nothing to it. The 5 star reviews on here have to be from friends or relatives of the owner. No way they can be that different. The good reviews do not seem to fit who they actually are. Take it elsewhere or get a new car. That would be easier to deal with.

As a female I have never felt safer in a garage. Ladies you know what I mean. They were up front and fair about pricing, professional and accommodating of my busy schedule. I never once got that creepy feeling us girls often get when going into have automotive work and they offer to change your blinker fluid on special of an extra $100… Mike, Owen, Sly, Paul and Noah always treat me great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after the positive experience I had. My car broke down unexpectedly, and within no time, Jimmy showed up and absolutely saved the day. He was on time, super professional, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Jimmy was kind, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took great care of my car and handled everything efficiently. It’s rare to find service this good these days—five stars all the way. I started taking my vehicle to Mike’s about a year ago and they’ve been great. They do good work at a reasonable price, and they don’t try to oversell or overcharge. As a woman it’s important for me to feel comfortable and respected- and I always do at Mike’s. I also want to say a few words about Jimmy, who does towing. Recently my friend needed a tow and Jimmy was dispatched. My friend had nothing but great things to say about her experience and they now have another new customer.

Would not recommend! Took my bmw in to get a new upper oil pan gasket. The shop didn’t tighten the axle nuts to spec causing my cvt axle to come loose from the hub. Took it back 6 different times and they said nothing was wrong. Ended up having to replace both cvt axles and hubs because the splines were tore up. The owner said I was soft for not being satisfied with the poor quality of work. DONT TAKE YOUR car here.
