My Sentra's exhaust/muffler went from livable loud to a clanging very loud. Just in time for Christmas. I went to this Muffler Brothers for an estimate. A service guy greeted me right away, got my car in the bay quick; and a short time later, he escorted me into the garage so I could look underneath my elevated car. I was shown where and how a rusted exhaust pipe broke. I was given a reasonable repair/replacement estimate. This very kind service guy secured the loose pipe for me, without charge. After the holidays, I'll be taking my car in to this very customer friendly shop.

I love this place, I live around the corner and they do all the work on my wife and my cars that I don't have time or the tools to do. Came into shop had my car looked at. I was told they needed to order a part that should take two days. I was told they would call me when the part comes in. It's been over two weeks and No Call to get me in the shop. Took my car to another exhaust/muffler shop Muffler Brothers Diagnostic Test was half ass. I was asked why I just didn't call them. Answer: I feel I don't need to call you to give you my money.

I brought in my son's Jeep to have some repair work on his exhaust system. I was given an estimate quickly and the work was all finished in the same day! I felt that the price was reasonable for all he work that was done. I would use them again without any hesitation and would highly recommend them for exhaust work on your car!

Jonas was courteous, kind and show willingness to serve and help. Needed catalytic converter, had got estimates up to almost $1000 __ went here to Muffler Brothers and they not only fix the problem but save me up to $600 __ My car is sounding better than it did before the issue existed. I'm overly please and would recommend this place to everybody.They are a full service center, a little wait time but was worth my saving a lot of money💰__ I went to the shop at 3530 N. They provided excellent quality work, completed in a timely manner, for the best price around, and absolutely AMAZING customer service. The gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They have even suggested less expensive alternatives than the other guys and have been willing to do jobs that others wouldn't. I will happily drive 20 minutes to have these guys do any work that I can't do myself.

I went there for an oil change and to purchase new tires.They declined my purchase but after 2.5 hours of waiting, finally pulled my car in for an oil change. The reason why I am giving them such a low review is because they lost my retainers ( screws) for my plastic splash guard and did not even tell me!!!!! I noticed that something was dragging and I took it in the very next day. The technician( Carlos) was extremely blasé and did not care that 😒 my vehicle was not in the same condition as it was when I initially brought it in. He actually stated to me that 1. They could remove the splash guard* which is there for a good reason * When I stated this and requested that it be fixed he stated: 2. " if we can." I cannot stress enough how upsetting this is, 😡 and angry I am not only over their incompetence, but also over their failure to TELL me about it!!!!! As well as their terrible attitude as if it did not matter!!! I will NEVER go there again.

The price was worth it. I had several things done at once and it did not break my wallet. They are excellent at what they do. I got in my vehicle and felt like it was almost new. They thought they couldn't fix me heat problem with a heater core flush. But they got me more heat then i had before taking it to them. Yes the core still needs replaced. But until i get the money for it, i at least have enough heat to knock off the chill in my vehicle. Thank you all for your hard work.

I had a great experience after being traumatized somewhere else. They got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, dropped it off in the morning and had it by the evening. They also told me errors that were done by the prior person and offered to fix it for me. I definitely recommend!
