Recently a first time customer of Millers and can say without hesitation, I will be a returning customer. Very quick, efficient, and honest. Instead of letting me spend money on parts I didn't need (as told by a different shop), they told me exactly what my car needed and saved me over $100. If you're looking for a mechanic, give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Very professional and friendly folks who pay attention to the details. Right down to the nice, clean waiting area with complimentary soda/ water. If you can’t wait there, they’ll give you lift in town while they work on your car. If you’re in Gaston county, you should check out Miller’s when you want quality auto service.

We have used Miller’s for over 12 years, four different vehicles along the way. We have never been dissatisfied with their recommendations, service, price, or employees. Frequently we have been told which items could wait and what needed to be done now. They will run us home if it’s going to be a long wait. Friendly front desk people (ask for Kathy!) and mechanics are very friendly as well. Love Miller’s as do many family friends of ours!

Replaced all radiator hose, water pump, all belts and 3 gasket leaks. 2013 F150. Didn't imagine the truck would simply run so much better all the way around. It was time to get it all done before the worst happened. I used they're shuttle to get home. 3yr. 36 month warranty on all work. They got a customer for life. Thank you!

After taking my car in to changebtransmission fluid, I can see why my company uses Miller's. They advised me of what needed fixed, but was super helpful to let me know that they could not guarantee there was damage to the tyranny already. At 105,000 miles, I decided to trade it in on something else. My experience was great!

My family has used Miller's since they opened. I now have 4 cars that they service and make repairs minor and major. They have very reasonable prices and are very reliable and work is guaranteed. They also offer pick up and delivery of your car and will also give their customers a lift. Would never think of taking my cars anywhere anywhere else. Very trustworthy and reliable.

It's the best automotive I've been into that's the most welcoming and engaging as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere is very peaceful there. I have not had my car completely serviced just yet but I'm super impressed. Prayerfully everything turns out great and if so, I will be a loyal customer.

The best mechanic shop in Gastonia hands down! They are so awesome to deal with and I will always bring my vehicles to them. They are very detail oriented and have amazing customer service skills. I always feel appreciated as a customer and I love how they can print out everything they did for you and keep records of every detail. I think it also speaks volumes that they warranty all their work and are very organized. They are great about lining up a ride to make sure you aren’t stranded at their shop. Highly recommend!!!

I believe this establishment has to be the best in auto repair in the great state of North Carolina. Extremely professional on all aspects of the experience. Communication from the front office was phenomenal, the labor hours were great and without an inconvenience to my experience. They are up to date on technology and their online service made it really easy to communicate back to the shop. I would like to add during this hard time of a pandemic they made it very affordable for me to take care of three service lights, including a check engine light on my IS 250 Lexus. Once again by far one of the best business Iv ever done work with.

Been taking my 3 cars to Millers Auto for years. I found them after another local service center installed the wrong part in my high performance vehicle then immediately closed their doors before they could fix it. Zach at Millers fixed their mistake using my parts warranty (even though it wasn’t their shop that made the mistake). Their work is honest and rates are reasonable. I have been taking my business to them ever since and will continue to. I would recommend family and friends in Gastonia area to visit Millers.

I’ve been a customer for quite some time and have referred many people to this company over the years but today when I called to set up a service on my car I was informed that they are not working on any import vehicles anymore. How sad this is because for years they have been the only people I used. Zack told me about a shop that has no information about any services besides tire work . I’m not sure that I want a tire man working on my Mercedes and I am very sure that when I call Ben at Millers ever again I will tell him how rude Zack was the last 2 contacts and if they want to go out of business they should just close the shop and turn off their lights and phone. I hope that this helps someone who needs to find a reliable mechanic because you will not find one at Millers Auto Repair . The thing that seems strange to me is that they have been texting me and emailing me about doing service work on my car. Why ? To be told that they don’t have anyone who is qualified to do the work on any car , I truly wonder what they are trying to accomplish with their electronic advertising campaigns and their marketing efforts through the internet. I guess they are unable to do anything except frustrate their customers with electronic contacts. Pitiful , pitiful , pitiful . Sure hope they close their doors soon and stop irritating people who have paid high prices to patronize their business .What I’m most troubled by is all the people that I have recommended this shop to…… I’m sure that over the years I’ve referred them to at least 30-40 people who have had issues with their cars or trucks and now I wonder how many of those people have not been in contact after my recommendation and being mistreated like I was. I truly hope this is not the circumstance and I pray that they were treated well and not jerked around like I was. I’m sorry that I had to deal with Zack ever because he has a bad habit of not listening to you and assuming he knows what you’re talking about before you even get half of your statement made. Who knows , maybe he can read minds. Sorry, I don’t mean to be facetious or rude or mean but it is something that I have noticed in all my conversations with him. I appreciate that Ben Miller makes comments about the posts online and I know that he is a very busy person running the shop and working on cars but it would be wonderful if he heard what his customers were being told from his service writers so he could interpret things better from their perspective. I like Ben and I wish I could speak with him but sadly I was denied access to him when I called . I wonder if he knows that or if that’s the way he wants things to be . I would like to speak to him directly and when I tried I was quickly told about the other shop because they can’t do diagnostic work. I understand that the help situation changes things and if I had been allowed to finish my request they would have found out that I just needed an installation of the ignition switch and not diagnostic because the switch was frozen in place and would not turn at all . Pretty simple and if I was not disabled from my time in garages I would definitely do it myself . I guess we’ll never know ……….. ???

Ok on average ball joints and rods will run you right around 1000 to put in they wanted 2600 dollars do this . I called my mechanic and ask him on average what it cost and he said around a thousand dollars. They over charge big time.

This is now my "last resort" shop. At one time, they were my "go to" shop. Prices have gotten ridiculously high, and then miss diagnosed not one car, but two cars of ours. One of the newer, counter person, Zach is very rude and I will never deal with him again. We were going to Miller's for over 15 years, and NEVER have I ever been treated so poorly until Zach got snippy with me when I was just trying to give some insight on my car. Not demanding anything, or correcting him, just telling him of what I learned of my car. I'm sadden by the quality of work, and the professionalism of the front desk now. Wish Scott and Kathy were back, because we would come back in a heart beat, even though the prices are super high now.

After my Volvo broke down I decided to have it towed to Miller's Automotive based on the reviews I read on Google maps. When the tow truck driver dropped me off at Miller's auto. After things were taken care of at the front desk, one of the staff drove me home. After over 2 weeks in their shop I was finally able to get my car. Since I didn't have my licence (only a permit) one of the staff drove me to the bank to get thier payment which was approx. $100 less Than the estimate from one of their staff. The AC check they performed even managed to get my AC working again (though I can't say how). Overall I was pleased with Miller's service. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail. Very thoughtful.

If I could give Millers a 10 out of 5 stars I would. We have been taking our vehicles to them for several years and they are so helpful, honest and clear when explaining what needs to be done. They aren't afraid of my many questions either and they take the time to answer all of them. They also don't push you to have unneccesary repairs done, but often will give you a heads up if they see potential issues that may be coming down the road! I am really grateful we found them. It's hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, at least in my experience, and Millers is truly the best. Thank you guys!!

My husband and I were in transit to Greensboro for a funeral when we ran over a piece of metal on the interstate. A mile later our front right tire was flat. I called Millers and Matt coordinated our truck being towed back to their shop, changed our tire, and made sure there was no other damage done. We left the truck on the shoulder and had other family members pick us up. I knew Millers would take care of us and I didn’t have time to wait because of our schedule. Everything was taken care of for us on a day that was already upsetting. Both Matt and Zach were so kind when I retrieved our vehicle the next day. Words cannot express how appreciative we were for this amazing service.

Miller’s is Great !! I just picked up my car after being serviced. It reminded me that this multi generation family owned shop has always been the best. With all my cars, work needed was always explained, given choices in some cases, and always reasonable $$. They have even taken me to and from work while my car was being worked on. FIVE STARS IN MY BOOK !!
