The service technicians diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator and batteries, and demanded a cash payment of $1,456. They didn't specify a down payment. After the repairs, the problem persisted. The driver returned for repairs. They then demanded another $600 in cash and threatened to confiscate the truck if we didn't pay. I don't recommend this auto repair shop to anyone: they scam people and demand cash only. In the end, we had to pay over $2,000, and the truck was still inoperable.
