I had a rusty fender and they fixed it like new while keeping it in the budget thought they had to paint it twice due to the odd color plus they fixed a dent in my bumper I had not mentioned to them and they didn't mention to me. They just fixed it and I didn't even notice until I got home. Great family friendly service at a fair price.

Above and beyond!! My focus was rear-ended, and the damage ended up being more extensive than was obvious. These guys did an amazing job and got her looking good as new! I'm so delighted to have my car back and in such great shape! They even cleaned up the inside. Update: unfortunately I was hit again, but fortunately I was able to bring my car back here. I am once again amazed at how good my car looks, and they cleaned it inside and out! Smells wonderful inside, and truly looks like new.

I pray you don't have to visit this place for a salvage inspection...the services weren't so bad as the process...you show up before opening hours to wait for a number to be given you...there are only 15-20 numbers given...of cars were dropped off the previous day...the numbers are less....they only do Salvage inspections 1x a week and it's an all day process...the repeated fees if you don't pass the first time...also you sit outside under a tent or in your car ALL DAY... Unfortunately this was the only place close to my County....just know this is an all day event and if you don't get seen...keep coming back every week to wait to be seen....they have to do better,expand the days of service....something....there were farm animals to keep me entertained

My vehicle was in a minor collision and I took it here to get an estimate. I was familiar with Modern Body and Frame and their excellent reputation dating from the 1970's. They are a fine Christian family owned business. While I was unable to have my vehicle repaired here because of the at fault party's insurance company; I will always recommend them.

I made an appointment to get my car inspected at 11:00. I showed up at 10:55 and got checked in, paid my hundred dollars (!) and moved my car where they asked me to. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. And finally, at 12:00, a FULL HOUR after my APPOINTMENT time, they moved my car into their inspection area. Then, at 12:20 the inspectors LEFT, presumably to eat lunch, but they sure didn't let me know. Another FULL HOUR later, they came back and finally inspected my car. The actual inspection itself took all of 30 minutes. Then I had to wait 20 more minutes for them to fill out the paperwork. So I ended up leaving at 2:00, THREE HOURS after I got there for my appointment at eleven. I did not have time that day (which is why I made an appointment) and I missed class because it took so long. By the way, I asked how long it was going to take before I made the appointment and I was told 1.5 hours. So it took twice as long as I was told. Everyone was very nice, but three hours is just absurd. I was livid. That's completely unacceptable and something needs to change. Maybe start with not scheduling somebody at eleven if you can't look at their car until noon. If you need your car inspected, go ahead and carve a whole 3-4 hours out of your schedule. If you can't, then I guess you aren't getting your car inspected.

Wow! What an amazing experience. This family ran business has excellent customer service. They are warm and friendly yet professional. I was treated well and kept in the loop every step of the way. Some shops will talk to you in a condescending tone but there's nothing but hospitality here which is hard to come by in the car service industry. I am very grateful I chose to work with Modern Body Shop and could not recommend them enough!

He just told me he couldn’t fix my car because I needed to go get it inspected afterwards and it might look like he did something on purpose. (sounds to me like the previous review was true, because why are you assuming something else may be wrong) . I then said “well I don’t need you to inspect it, I just need it fixed, I’ll go somewhere else to get it inspected” ( to avoid conflict of interest). He still denied me service!! This man is very discriminatory and I do not recommend!

Horrible horrible experience these people are so dishonest they told me my daughters car was fixed and when the adjuster came out there to look at it for diminished value she said the frame was fit in the car it was not safe to drive not only that but when I took it to the next body shop we open the trunk and they had sprayed all kinds of foam and under coating to try to cover up then when the other body shop took off the bumper they saw that the part the one new part that they had ordered had been hammered not bolted into the frame of the car these people are so dishonest and progressive insurance absolutely is the worst The frame of the car was bent and they sent my daughter back out on the road in a car with the frame Bent
