Are you open? Are you going out of business? Not sure what is happening at this dealership. No one answers any phone. Their website is always down, theirs sales people never call back. Their online chat takes your info and no one calls back. Ouch on all fronted.

My Infiniti G37 warning lights kept coming on about tire pressure and other various little things that made my anxiety go through the roof. I had taken my car to other service shops and was told its fine, just ignore the lights. I dont want to drive any automobile with warning lights. I called Modern Infiniti and spoke with Sean. He was patient while i told him the circumstances of my concern. We agreed to bring the car in and see what was going on. They have a FREE valet service. They picked up my car at the agreed time and went over every inch. I discovered my service in the past were very disappointing. In short, the they left me in a vulnerable and possibly dangerous situation. Sean took the time and explained to me every sensor and how it worked. They send their technicians to school to recognize and stay on top of todays technology. I got my car back, and it drives and rides like a new vehicle. Now I have peace of mind when navigating my life. They earned my trust and i will not be using anyone else to resolve problems associated with my automobile. Thank you Sean, Alan, and the whole crew at Modern. My new car doctors.

We have been customers of Modern Infiniti for almost 5 years now. The service department is excellent and we would not take our car anywhere else for servicing. We recently bought a new QX60 from this dealership and recieved excellent service in every aspect of the sale - particulary from our sales person Andre. One of the key reasons we purchased a new car from Modern is their reliable service department and of course we have been so pleased with our older Infiniti which is now 9 years old.
