Ordered tires and scheduled an appointment 3 business days prior to getting new tires put on my vehicle. (BF KO2’s) upon arrival, the shop was disgusting. Just imagine an OSHA 30 certification class and try to break every rule possible. That’s how I would describe this shambles of a shop. (Then they have the audacity to charge 40$ per tire for install… a price I would gladly pay at a decent location) After speaking with the careless employee at the desk, he stated they did not have the tires and would need to order them. Just another run down shop that executes poor jobs/customer service and requests premium prices. What a joke.

good customer service but i wouldn’t recommend to anyone or ever bring my car here again. Seems to be incompetent beginners learning how to work on your car. Got an alignment, didn’t really adjust anything. Before and after paperwork was the same, still in the red. Id only bring your car here for an oil change.

I was charged $185.00 for an oil change on my GMC 3500 HD Denali which I thought was high. My last oil change I was charged $132 @ Firestone 6 months ago and a year ago I paid $143 @ Steve Shannon. Also the price for 5 gallons of the oil at BJ'S is $54, my truck takes 10 quarts

Had a great experience Sat late afternoon. Needed an emergency tire replacement after mine blew out 5 miles away. Called to confirm they had the right size and when I arrived they took care of it in under 1hr (even though it was not easy - see pic!). These guys are great and always get you out as soon as they can. They got me new tires shipped to the store overnight so that I could pass inspection the next day. Even went above and beyond to print out some documents for me after I said my printer was broken. Very nice and friendly staff that do their best to fit you in whenever they can. The online scheduling can be incorrect on their availability so you are probably best to call the store to confirm an appointment. Overall, I’ve went to them two years in a row and I’ve been very satisfied with the service each time. Thank you to everyone at Monro!

I’m no expert in cars, but I found the overall cost of the parts replaced for the inspection to be quite high — it ended up being the most expensive car repair I’ve ever had. I also didn’t appreciate that my insurance and registration were not placed back in my car, and the front plastic piece ended up falling off and dragging on the road while driving, causing a lot of noise. I do appreciate that the team took care of the salted area at the base, but small details like forgetting documents and not securing parts properly make me question the attention to detail. For a shop with such high reviews, I believe they can do better in maintaining consistency and offering more reasonable prices for their customers.

I was at their shop on 10/17/25 They spotted a issue with my vehicle and then a full run through of everything that I need to get done to make sure that my vehicle was safe. They didn’t have to do that but that’s just the type of service that they offered and I am very thankful for that.

I had a flat-tire emergency and these guys saved the day! I pulled in stressed out and not sure what to do, but they jumped right in and helped me immediately. They were fast, friendly, and super professional the whole time. They checked the tire, explained what happened, and had me safely back on the road way quicker than I expected. What really impressed me was how calm and helpful they were — no pressure, no attitude, just honest people who truly care about getting you taken care of. In a moment where everything could have turned into a headache, they made it easy. If you ever find yourself stuck with a flat or car trouble, this is 100% the place you want to end up. When you try to call a shop ot directs you to a call center where the operators sound sedated. They don't seem to understand anything you say beyond what service you want and the time you want it and what make your vehicle is. I made an appointment for a state inspection, they booked me at a shop that is not licensed for inspection. Had to make another reservation for a shop that could do an inspection. I dropped my car off at 7:30, at 12:30 they called me and said their inspection machine doesn't work and someone from the state or something had to check it out to get it working. I had to pick my car up and bring it to a third monro to squeeze in last minute. When I got to the second shop to pick up my car there were still no other cars or customers at the shop, so it's not like they were busy all morning and lost track of time, I don't know why it took them so long to realize they couldn't do the inspection. Once my car actually got into this third shop in Allentown they did a good job taking care of me though. These guys are good. Monro just asked me to give feedback and the experience of getting a runaround from the call center and another shop definitely couldn't be ignored, and I didn't realize the review was going on this specific shop. I hope this doesn't hurt these guys too badly. None of my bad experience has anything to do with this specific Allentown shop, it's not their fault but they helped me anyway.

Just got my wheel alignment done here and I'm really happy with the results — the car tracks straight, no pulling, and it feels much smoother on the highway. The staff was excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and what they adjusted. No upselling, just honest service. Great job, fair price, and I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
