My initial experience with Phil at Mr. Quick Tune was when my daughter's car was at a point where I needed to know if it was best to invest in repairs or in a replacement vehicle. I dropped it off with Phil that morning and described my predicament. Within a couple hours he called and shared that I needed to start looking. He said that he really didn't do any work so there would be no charge. I expressed my sincere appreciation and assured him that I would be back in the future for all of my service needs. Fast forward to today and it was time for our family van to have an oil change and also possibly replace the brakes. I dropped the van off with him first thing in the morning and within a couple hours he called and asked me a few questions about my brakes. After a couple minutes he shared his estimated repair costs (which was more than reasonable) and assured me that he would call me back if anything caused the price to change drastically. By early afternoon the van was ready for pick up. I met Cheryl in the office when came to get the van and she was extremely friendly and sincerely grateful for our business. We're now ready for a road trip this weekend!

This is the best shop and mechanic hands down. I’ve been to many different places but quick tune is the best place to go. I drove 4 hours just to be closer to mr. Phil to get work done on my car. I trust him with anything on my car. Him and his wife are very professional and always get a quick turn around time. Most shops will hold you car for weeks before even get a diagnosis. Mr Phil is usually done a day or two after dropping it off. I enjoy his honesty the most. He won’t over-sale or under sale you on anything. It’s hard to find a lot of people to do even minor work on my car, so I can respect when the job is too time consuming because he will quickly let me know besides other shop and dealerships. I trust all of his work and wouldn’t want anyone else working on my car. Always grateful to have a guy like Mr. Phil and his shop Quicktune. Now my whole family takes their cars to be serviced and you should too.

I had a problem with my transmission and he took a look at it but was honest about the risk about him doing so. He instead sent us to Coleman Taylor Transmissions and they did an excellent job. The man is honest and hard-working, unlike many mechanics that lie and overcharge you. This is the needle in the haystack.

I was going to have an oil change done here today, and while I was in the parking lot about to go inside, I overheard one of the mechanics (I’m assuming he was a mechanic because he walked out of the area where they were working on cars) being incredibly rude and unnecessarily cruel to a delivery driver. I’ve never been here before today, and the reviews looked promising. But if that’s how rude the employees are to people, I don’t want to be met with that same attitude. So I got back in my car and left.

I had an extremely negative experience with Mr Quick Tune Auto Repair Shop. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and made racist remarks that made the situation even worse. He appeared unable or unwilling to properly diagnose or repair my vehicle.

I was quoted $2,500 for a starter replacement, and when I requested a receipt and explanation of the charges, the owner became hostile. After that, my vehicle was taken completely apart, and when I got it back, it had new dents in the doors and hood, along with scratches that appeared to be caused by tools.

I was quoted $2,500 for a starter, and when I asked for a receipt, he became hostile and took my vehicle apart. Let me give y’all a back story. I went to make my final payment on my vehicle never seen the shop owner & his wife a day in my life first time customer. I gave this company over $2,487.70 paid receipts to fix my 2006 Infiniti M35. This man pulled my vehicle apart. Tested & diagnosed my vehicle with multiple repair issues 200,000 miles on it. It had a misfire, needed valve cover valve gasket, fuel injection injector, sparks, manifold intake etc. Last thing Phil said get a new water pump the car would then be drive-able. It didn’t sit well with me. The person I brought with me agreed. All communication was threw text & email. Cheryl acted sneaky acting & nervous. She All of a sudden says Phil will stop all repairs at this time & wanted nothing to do with the car. They wanted it gone. It’s leaking coolant after he poured coolant & found water pump damaged. After putting it back together. I wasn’t welcome at this shop me & daughter. The way they disfigured their faces you felt the hostility in the room. We were overlooked us ignored us did not acknowledge us like we were never present only two blacks in the room.They tried to run us off. He had an attitude & was aggressive entire visit. Phil yelled at me for no reason & screamed at me to the top of his lungs turning red talking to me like I was illiterate & couldn’t understand him wouldn’t allow me to ask him questions about my car & checking engine. We were like Whoa! But he turned it on after telling me not too. My daughter said let’s leave cause of his aggression. He yelled don’t drive the dam car or turned it on hear him until the water pump was replaced. I did & got terrible news I had a blown head gasket. I had it tested. They found coolant & oil mixture Exhaust gases in coolant system & it got in the engine. I felt so used. They snatched money & took advantage of my car. They could have just told the truth. I had it sealed temporarily. It started overheating. June 2021 my car was stolen two weeks after purchasing it. I didn’t get it back until 2 years later & it went to Mr. Quick Tune for inspection before starting repairs based off some positive reviews. The negative reviews was true. Manifold intake, fuel injection, sparks, valve gasket over priced you can see to get to these they did know I had head gasket damage & still continued with repairs. Proudly they took advantage of me & grilling how they conned me. I bought a Q50 had AC problem. Burnt rubber smell burning smoke. Only shop close to me was Mr. Quick tune. I had no other option. I needed my car diagnosed. Phil couldn’t find issue until I told him where to look. He told me it was my AC compressor & charged me $1991.00 to fix. He gave me till Monday to think about it. Called same day next day followed by a weekend no response. Monday came no answer so I texted Cheryl. She is a liar never call me. She asked me was that my vehicle. I told her yes It was. They kept my car 4 days & didn’t want to work with me on a plan so I had car towed home & when it arrived damages deep scratches & scuff marks all over my entire interior. My car didn’t feel the same so did interior. It look like they had been riding some animal in my back seat it left hair on my pillows. You can see they intentionally vandalize my car being spiteful. If the problem is under my hood why are you in my back seat passenger side Inside my glove box cabin box driving my car? Marks were there was no marks ever present before? All 4 doors, plastic trim & door trim scratches. I keep my vehicle vacuumed cleaned after & before use daily. Clean when I dropped it off. Phil got discouraged that I took pictures of my own car pissed & angry like I was violating him. Look at what they did to my car. If this wasn’t demonic & hateful. My car was never in this condition or state it was in when returned to me. I was violated but twice with this company. YOU WILL REAP BACK WHAT YOU SOWE. When there is a negative review BELIEVE the reviews these are customers personal experience. Customers sometimes are not liein on companies. I FORGIVE THEM. Pictures posted.

My vehicle was clearly mishandled and damaged out of retaliation. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation escalated, and my vehicle was returned in far worse condition than when I brought it in. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this shop. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and quality workmanship—none of which I received here.
