★☆☆☆☆ Twice we have now dropped a vehicle off for scheduled service and have had no notice of them running behind schedule- only to find out they wouldn’t be done with our vehicle on time. We had to call and figure out why we hadn’t heard anything hours after it was supposed to be done (when they finally picked up the phone). What was supposed to be a quick check and possible repair now would require them to have our van the entire way thru the weekend. The last time we used them we’d dropped it off before a trip giving them an entire WEEK to work on it and they still didn’t get to it until the very last minute (which left us no time to price check other locations because we needed the vehicle back for work the next day). They did offer a discount that time and we brought it back this time because it seemed like they truly were sorry and it wasn’t normal for them to be behind and forget to call - but clearly something has changed with their business model/management since we’d previously had no issues before these last two visits. We picked up our vehicle (after leaving it with them for an entire 24 hours for a 2 hr appt) and will not be back.

Stayed the entire time and got my cross climate 2s and an oil change in absolutely no time. Max 2 hours. Very pleased with my service.
