Great experience!! Steven, i believe he’s the Manager was so helpful. I’ve been driving around on a donut all afternoon looking for a tire that fits my car and after being told nothing in stock by ten other places he was the first to walk outside and actually look at my car and my tire. He noticed that I actually had the wrong size tires on my car and was able to find me one that fit. Best experience I’ve had in a tire shop.

Came in for a wheel alignment mechanic took my keys with him to lunch. Bought 4 brand new tire mechanic didn't tighten jam nut causing tire to wear on out side and all the wanted to do is refund my alignment been calling,texting and email for months no response been take all my vehicles here for years sad.😡😡😡😡😡

Down to earth dudes who get things done. Use them for both company vehicle and personal. Definitely have better experience with Mr Tire than other major chains so far. Only complaint would be raise their wages so they can attract new hires and not work so many hours. Dudes practically live there.

The review is based on the lack of customer service and not associated with the work of the techs. The elderly lady manning the front desk has minimal customer service skills, trying to do the minimal but still get paid and couldn’t even gather that she had any fault to the serious lack of communication that incurred in her end. I scheduled an appointment to get a tire repaired days prior plus noted that I wanted to try to get state inspection as part of visit, with a 7:30am drop off for work estimated to be completed by 11:00am. She opened the doors late, took the minimal information and noted that she would have to call me around 10am for additional information and to update me. I do not hear anything and call to check in at 1:30pm. She cannot give any sort of update or really take a second to hear what I ask and put me on hold for the tech doing state inspections (which is not his job to update me). At this time either the tire or state inspection is done. He lets me know that they can get the tire done today but cannot complete the inspection until next day. We agree to fix the tire and I will come back later for the inspection. He says they will complete and give a call back when it’s ready. I called an hour later and she tells me she didn’t call because it wasn’t done. I ask if either had been completed, which the tire had. She failed to update me all day and then just assumed they were going to hold my car over night without her calling. I tell her that I am really upset by the lack of communication on her end to provide any updates on her end when agreed and when a problem arose. She couldn’t even take accountability and just acknowledge, even when picking up she didn’t even display common sense and tell me how much the services were, expecting to run my card without telling me. So while everything was delayed, that happens, it was really how difficult their front desk lady was to work with that I’m upset about and elected to go elsewhere for the state inspection. They also didn’t check all my tires as I requested at intake, which again- I’m sure she didn’t tell the techs I requested this. If you’re looking for any sort of standard communication or status on your vehicle, look elsewhere. Also the new norm is keeping your vehicle overnight versus the estimated 4 hours without so much as a notification.

I am from NY and inspections are different in Virginia.The staff was very accommodating and explained everything about the process. In NY when you register a vehicle you are given a 10 day sticker to get you vehicle inspected. In Virginia you have it inspected before registration. I am truely grateful for their understanding of my confusion and their explanation of the process. I called dropped my car off and it was ready at the time they stated the next day. You cant get any better than that.

Sales guy was not friendly and not helpful. I had tire rotation and balance and I asked guy to give me quote for four new tires and when I picked my vehicle up I asked him and he said he never did it. Garage smelled like pot . So won’t go back

I had a my tire repaired, very happy they could get me in same day. Only complaint was upon getting home I realized the man who repaired my tire put the tire back on the rim reversed so now the dirty side is on the outside and the clean side that had tire shine on it is now on the inside. It can’t be that hard to put a tire back on the rim the same way you took it off.

Just left Mr.Tire auto service centers here in holland rd. I didn’t even get to get my car serviced due to a very incompetent customer service lady. I went to put half down on tires that I needed to order. Looked at my receipt (invoice) it has a different customers name and car issue, with my cars work to be done and my half down payment. Asked her if I can have her clear all that up where she replied she didn’t know how to. Fine, asked for a complete refund. Well guess what, she doesn’t know how to do that either. My wife and I asked to speak to a manager where she replied he was out of town and didn’t want to share his number. My wife proceeded to have police called and guess what, manager magically appeared as police arrived seconds before him. Interesting how quick one comes from out of town. Anyway, Shawn, the manager proceeds to try and do his best to get money refunded and an invoice for said refund. Couldn’t do it and proceeded to call I.T. Department and they were even more clueless to where my payment was and to how to print refund invoice. So now I have to wait to see if my bank received their said computer refund within two days and/or make a claims/fraud report to get payment bank. 4 hours of my day on this. All because the careless act of a desk receptionist who doesn’t pay any attention to what she was doing. Or maybe, just maybe, this guy I paid bill for was some guy she was dating and running a scam with for me to pay his bill, (cause I did call prior to me coming in) who knows now a days.. Nonetheless, stay clear! Horrible all the way around the board. I’ll update this experience when and if all is taken care of or if not. Enclosed is a photo the wrong invoice I was given with my payment and a second of their computer showing no records of the payment or refund. Till then, Y’all be blessed!! Update 3/4/2025: I was charged by Mr tire. The transaction never voided or refunded. Just got off the phone with the bank to begin a claim against said charge. Completely unacceptable customer experience from this place. They really need to fire desk lady who did this whole thing to start with. As for that reply by Mr tire on this thread, just refund me my $400. Oh yeah that’s right, you guys completely erased the whole transaction from your computer. And yes don’t forget we spoke to your I.T. Department who were worse than the desk lady. So yeah thanks for the upcoming 90 day headache of filing claims.

basically they told me i needed to replace my radiator because it “has a leak” but had never had one before i brought it there so I decided to take my car back because i'm a broke college student so i cant afford the ridiculous amount they wanted to charge me (over 1k) so I paid the $150 for a diagnostic (wasn’t aware it costed that much) and took my car. turns out, he overfilled the coolant and that’s why he thought there was a leak. so i would have spent all that money for a radiator that wasn’t even broken. do not go here if you want actual answers. i could write much more about how much of a disaster this was for me (UPDATE) I took my car to TireChoice and they discovered a giant hole in the coolant reservoir so they fixed that for $400 and its been driving great ever since. Sad that i paid Mr tire $200 for them to not even look to find the exact problem.

Had a wonderful experience in January when dropping off my car for a state inspection. The manger on duty took my called and said they can get my car in especially with me calling last minute. He explained everything to me and made sure to answer any of my questions. He called and said my car was ready and I ask if they can replace my back windshield wiper blade by chance and they did even with the last minute request. I was very happy with the services and then making sure I got everything done! I will definitely be back for any future work.

Although they were close to closing, Kevin still took me in and put the two new tires on for me. He also offered new windshield wiper blades which I needed anyway. I left paying a tad more than I had planned, but I felt safe. UPDATE: Took my car back about few days later for state inspection and valve cover gasket change. I was called with updates and car was ready next day as promised. The customer service and care they provide is great!
