I have to say that napa parts quality has been declining. I bought napa break pads for my car. I went to get my breaks professionally installed and these breaks make so much noise and also they are very dirty. My rims always been clean with my previous breaks with other brands but now there is residue all over my rims due to the break pads. I am definitely not happy with the quality of the napa break pads and will not go back and buy breaks from them again.

There's a big difference between needing a vehicle part and needing a part right now. I have some magnetic stickers, but brick and mortar is still king, and Napa auto parts is top tier! Started at on Long Beach and 23rd at Napa fantastic customer service and good old homeboy talk Jess and Gus and maybe customer Bob also met Ron we talked about boats looking for a 19 85 thermostat for Mercedes they had it wanted to part so decide to pick it up myself over and down it met Jimmy new all about the part that I was picking up and had no problems just a great visit with Napa even though both locations were a little short-staffed didn't mind the wait Napa Know How is right they knew how to skip the part thank you

I needed a radiator cap for a Toyota. Big mistake I went to the dealer. They want it $35 just for the cap. I called Napa very friendly young man check to make sure they had it in stock and I paid under $25 for it. I'm retired so $10 for me is $10. Best Auto Parts ever. Thank you very much to that young man that took the time and gave me great customer service. And it was on a Sunday.

I hate to leave this review but I really feel very let down! I've spent a lot of money at this location, and they never ask me If I had AAA. It turns out that NAPA Auto Parts offers a AAA discount, but apparently at this location you have to bring it up yourself. I found out about it when I made up quick purchase of oil and wiper fluid at the Cypress store. The very nice lady there made a point of asking me if I had AAA and I could see where it was applied on my receipt.

Ask for TONY!!!!!! 😁👍 He is the best customer service employee that you can ever possibly ask for!!!!! He doesn't rush you. He takes his time with you. He explains things to you to where it's sooo comfortable to ask more questions without feeling stupid!!!!! He will make sure that you satisfy before you leave!!! Even if they don't have the part in the store, he'll search for it and he will call you back whether they have it or not. Excellent communicator!!!!!
