I called the day before to get my brake parts order ready for first thing in the morning knowing that I limited time to be at work. I arrived the next morning to find my call the day before fell on deaf ears. So the morning staff and I had to scramble and get the parts so I could get to work. The fella the evening before, told me that they did have any more of the discount tool bags. Come to find out, when picking up the parts, they apparently had many left... I wish Iyhat I could recall who was incompetent, but I want to thank the morning guy who was awesome to help me.

Bought a used starter for my Kia Optima…unfortunately, the starter wasn’t a great fit and it went up in literal smoke less than a full month later. FORTUNATELY, the guys at the shop were able to help me with a refund and understanding how to better troubleshoot the issue in the future. Great service, thanks NAPA

Dealing with Kelly and Eric is super fun and easy! I get good help, honest answers, and usually a laugh or two from them. Best Napa store Ive ever been to. Willingness to get parts same day if they are anywhere remotely close. Its kinda on a ghetto side of town so just go during the day and luckily they arent open super late so should be okay.
