“Corporate and Local NIRVC Leadership please continue to read. There are two great NIRVC employees who are recognized / commended for exemplary customer service and one who could benefit from additional training in this area.” - 10/28: Initial call to Ryan Gottfredson for the recall work on my vehicle. He asked for the recall description (not number) and stated “I will get the recall information from the tech and work to get you on the schedule.” This is the last communication I would have with him until 11/6/26. - 10/30: Received a Low Battery Notification via my Mercedes App. Called NIRVC and spoke to Austerberto, who provided outstanding customer service while identifying, explaining and recommending a solution to me (Trickle Charger) During our conversation, I ask Austerberto to contact Ryan in an effort to coordinate the recall and trickle charger work on the same service work order. Austerberto says he spoke with him and Ryan would call me by close of business that day. I texted Austerberto again later this day after receiving no call. He checked again and says Ryan will call… He never called. - 11/3: With no follow up phone call or verbiage in the communication, Ryan emails an estimate requiring me to sign multiple signatures blocks and agreeing to labor terms and conditions. I have questions and call NIRVC (Ryan is not available) However, I was able to speak with Sarah West, who was absolutely awesome! She provided outstanding customer service and was very professional, explaining everything to me in detail and provided me multiple options for appointment times, to include the next day. The appointment was scheduled for 11/6/25 @11:00am - 11/5: I was at NIRVC to drop off a part to the service department. Ryan walks pasts me twice; says nothing at all even though he had been notified I am there waiting for him The same day, while at NIRVC, I introduce myself to Sarah / Austerberto and thank them for their help, outstanding customer service and professionalism. Sarah notices the item (part) in my hand and asks can she take it to the tech so he can have it for the appointment “she” scheduled for my vehicle the following day. I asked Sarah to transfer the service ticket to her from Ryan since she has really been the service advisor who has actually been helping me - 11/6: Ryan finally calls… I ask him to transfer the ticket to Sarah since she has been the service advisor who has been helping me throughout this process. He says he will do so. Obviously, he never did as I received an email survey requesting me to rate his performance as it relates to this service ticket

Richard was great, as was Jase (Service Manager). After ironing out some misunderstandings and aligning expectations, we were able to get set up for an initial diagnostic and then a quick turnaround for warranty approval and parts acquisition so that we were able to get in and out in just a few hours. And it was only two days from diagnostic to completed repair! Kudos to Richard, Jase, and the refreshed team there at NIRVC Las Vegas! We've had our service woes over the past few years at this location but things appear to be getting MUCH better! I hope we continue to see improvement that leads to many more of these visits where we get quality work completed in a timely (or even quicker!) manner and, from this experience, I believe we will. I say give them a chance--we did and we're glad we did! Thanks, NIRVC-LV team!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! UPDATE BELOW!! I would like to start with saying that I have allowed six months before writing this review with my 2026 Tiffin Open Road being in possession of NIRVC Las Vegas service department for Manufacture defect corrections, they have had this coach going on 6 months. I was in possession of my 2026 Tiffin Open Road July 22nd thru July 30th At this point I went in to purchase the extended warranty and and then told by the finance manager I had to put another $10,000 down after having possession of the coach for eight days. Reluctantly I made the additional payment of $10,000. Now I have paid $20,000 down and 6 payments and have not been able to use this coach. To some this may not be a lot of money but I can tell you for me, this is. I started my trip after caring for my best friend for 3yrs that just passed from cancer, I had to get back home to Florida to register the RV and by the time I reached the Texas border the passenger side upper window that was installed wrong by the manufacturer shattered and glass flew into my face and inside of the cockpit, sucking the shade out the window. Next I turned on the dash AC and the entire cockpit looked like a snow globe because all the white foam insulation was broken loose from the dealership changing the front windshield (this allowed the air flow from broken window to blow it out into the cabin) had to be done because it arrived at the dealership with a large crack from delivery from the manufacturer. Next it is a 120 degrees and I could not use the house AC because the generator would not start. Now it is starting to rain heavily so I go to turn on the windshield wipers and they flew off the coach, making this impossible to drive and extremely dangerous until I was able to get off the road. Needless to say by this time I could hardly believe all this was happening. I had my 2 Golden Doodle puppies and an older dog that were nonstop barking and crying because of the heat. Again being a single woman, it has now become overwhelming to say the least. Many other cosmetic issue have to be resolved as well. I now had to turn around and travel back to NIRVC Las Vegas, not feeling safe at all, it took me 3 days to get back to the dealership. I did not have a window, a shade, AC (high temperatures), no generator, no windshield wipers, amongst many other issues. Now I finally am back in Las Vegas I pull into the driveway with all this going on and I hit the corner of my house because at this time I am crying hysterically riddled with anxiety and I am beyond frustrated!! Needless to say this coach is still not registered, the bank has called multiple times wanting to know why, I have let them know the coach is not in my possession and is still at NIRVC for the repairs. I still to this day do not have this coach in my possession, 6 months of my factory warranty has been exhausted just sitting at NIRVC and the work is still not complete. The communication from the service center has been nil at best. Paul Marrow and I have been speaking and I am still waiting for some kind of resolution, the only time we speak is if I call him. I just want people to know that this is a NEW 2026 Tiffin Allegro Open Road that went through the factory final inspection and NIRVC's inspection process. In closing I am done, I no longer want this coach. Please NIRVC give me the answers I deserve! This should have never come to this as I am a patient person but my patience is now gone!! UPDATE: Today I was contacted by Paul who threatened that if I did not take this review down he would be going in here and doing a timeline of me not contacting them which is all lies. Threatening me is never the way to go but do what you have to Paul because now everybody will know you are lying Because I will not take this review down and I will not be threatened! Take care
