My Elantra needed much needed work and I chose Royalty. Had taken my cars there for other minor work and was happy with the service and prices. This time around I needed timing chain water pump and several seals replaced on motor and transmission. After talking to Armondo we nailed down a great price to have all the work completed. That price exceeded a savings of over 20% versus other estimates. My car is now running fine without issues.

These mechanics are complete crooks! If I could give no stars I would. I took my car in with my own oil for the oil change that they said they would put in. After I paid and I asked to see the oil gallon they said that they forgot to put it in!!!! after the fact that they had charged me and said they did the job I requested and paid for. They didn’t forget to put the good oil that I brought in, they just put their old cheap oil in my car. Now my car is ruined! They don’t our business or yours, look for a respectable mechanic.

Had car trouble while traveling and made it to AutoZone across the street from the 4911 W. Vegas Dr. Location. Ran codes on my daughter's truck and found the issue. Worker from AutoZone recommended Royalty auto care to help us replace part. When we went to Royalty the guy(I think he was the manager or owner) moved us to the front of the line and got the truck fixed quickly. Really appreciate the quick honest service we received and wanted to share a positive review. Thanks Royalty, you saved us a huge headache and possibly missing flight back from San Diego.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Very shady. Took my vehicle here for an oil change and checkup, and the next time I drove it, the transmission went out and needed to be replaced. My wife and sister-in-law both had very similar experiences with taking their vehicles here and soon needing to return due to jobs not getting done correctly or other problems quickly arising. Be warned!

I’ve been going to this place for some time and at first, with my uncle before he passed away, the repair costs and service were decent. When I started going by myself for several more times, this quality decreased. On my last visit with my newer car, I simply went for an oil change. During the oil change, they did mention other major services I needed which is expected of repair shops. When I declined, it went back to usual for oil change. A few weeks later when my cousins who are automotive technicians checked out my car to see for any repairs needed since I just only purchased the car a month prior, they found that the oil and oil filter weren’t changed at all. I checked out more reviews of this place and apparently paying for no service is a common. If you do plan on trying out their oil change services, make sure you grill them and watch them do it. It’s so unfortunate, that you have to cover your back and make sure the service is done. I started going to two different auto shops for two different purposes now and I obviously see actual repairs for some repair concerns. My car runs great.

No recomiendo este lugar son unos estafadores. I Bring my car because the ac it was not working and they told the total it was 400 and after the add bill and charge 200 more. I paid 620 at ac worked just a year. I came after and they didn’t do it for the guaranteed and changer me 800 just to fix it again. I don’t recommend this place this guys at thieves.

I stopped by to get a little air just on my back left tire. Not all the tires, just a little low on the back left. The mechanic made the "money" gesture with his fingers rubbing together and said "only for a tip". Now If you need to charge for 10psi in one tire. I can only image what other nonsensical items you must be up-selling. It is a shame too, I live so close and in need of a regular shop to take care if my car. I also don't mind tipping for service, I was on my way to work, had no cash and had to drive to the convenient store and paid 2 dollars with my credit card in the air machine to put air in myself. Also, for clarification there was no business in the shop at this time, they were all sitting at a table in. One of the Bays just waiting for something to do.

I wouldn’t take my broken scooter here! I brought my car in because it was overheating and they ran a diagnostic and told me I needed a laundry list and $1800 worth of work. They fixed the overheating but not even a week later, the engine light came back on and my car was smoking. Took it to another place and not only did they fix everything I paid this place to fix but discovered one of my hoses that wasnt messed up before was duct taped back together! I never write reviews but these ppl are theives!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Back in May, I brought my Dodge Magnum here after it broke down. The mechanic, Rico, told me the engine was locked and charged me $65 just to retrieve the car. I agreed, expecting at least professionalism and safety. Fast forward to today: when I went to check on my car, I discovered it had been broken into. Even worse, a man pulled a machete on me and threatened to kill me and my fiancé — right there on the property. The mechanic allowed this to happen and did nothing to ensure our safety. This shop is unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Do not trust your vehicle or your safety here

First off we started taking all 4 family vehicles to this place for several years, only to have an a/c issue with my Ford Expedition took it to them they charged diagnostic fee only to say it needed Freon at the cost of about $260.. then not even a week later the same issue was happening took it back they did what they called a courtesy diagnostic and banged on the area of my truck until the AC started and told me if it happens again would need to switch my radio.. yes you heard me they was now blaming my radio for the ac issue… so after a few weeks yet again same process and this time it was at another cost that took that $260 now to $760 out of pocket with them… and after more weeks again driving with NO AC took it back again and was told rudely this time diagnostic fee and cost of found issue.. which would be another $240. … went somewhere else and found that they didn’t really do what they charged for.. the other shop did diagnostic replaced part and we have not had any more issues with the AC… yet this shop still has our money for service/ part they really DIDN’T do. Shame on you all.. we gave them our business for years only to be treated so rudely when we needed customer service the most. They will NEVER touch any of our 4 cars again.. … BEWARE of this location I’m not a review writer, but the level of deceit was too great not to speak up
