Nikola Auto Shop Center is one of the best auto shop out there in Oahu. If you live on base, it’s only 10 minutes away. When I got into a accident, Nikola took my car in right away. Time/ service was very quick. His body paint skill is on point. He even took his time to detail my car afterwards also. If you need a auto body shop place for your car, motorcycle, etc… Nikola Auto Shop Center is the one. 10/10 recommended 🤙🏼

After being turned away from a few larger body shops and a few others being months out just to give an estimate I gave a call to Nikola. I explained my damages and he said he would take a look. I had an issue with the rear power lift gate on my SUV being out of alignment and would not close properly. It wasn't clear on what exactly was damaged or what needed repaired but Nikola said he would take care of it. He and his brother got the door repaired and functioning as it should. It says a lot about a shop that will take on work even when it might not be a straight forward fix. Pricing was reasonable and they are easy to work with.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I came to Nikola for an estimate on removing rust from my windshield and told him about some other issues I had been having, such as my car not starting immediately. He not only gave me an estimate for the rust removal, he also checked out my car and fixed my starter issue right there on the spot! Big mahalo and recommendations to give Nikola a call for all your car concerns! I had an issue with my car door (banged it against a parking lot column) and reached out to Nikola for help. He was very responsive to my messages and communicated clearly what the issue was and options going forward (either quick repair to get you on the road or leave the car and get it fully serviced - both was very doable). I wish I would have known about you sooner I just got ripped off from a neighbor of yours that over charged me for their services I’m thinking because I’m a woman and that’s just what auto shops do 90% of the time but the problem came back after only a few days and if they charge me anymore money I’ll be giving you a call I won’t give this place anymore of my money or work after I see if they’re going to try and make it right! But it’s good to know there’s still honest people left out there. I do have some minor body work I’m going to bring to you for my truck and would like a paint job too so I can trade it in for a car so I’ll get in touch

Highly Recommend! Called Nick about some minor paint damage from an accident. We communicated on the phone and through text, was able to stop in by the shop that day. They looked at my car, and it ended up just needing to be cleaned off, they were extremely kind with no charge due to the fact it was an extremely quick fix. Super Nice staff, great shop! Being my first M2 BMW… I wanted to add a few strong engine components to increase its power without changing too much of the overall authenticity of the car. I was already concerned on what to do, or who to trust. Not knowing nothing about mechanics, I searched online for a BMW specialist, or a reliable / trustable garage on the windward side area. After a few calls to various garages… I wasn’t thrilled with the level of involvement those technicians had with no patience or motivation from my questions. But when I called “Nikola’s Auto Center” in Kailua, the passion of Nikola adding to his active listening and expertise skills “boosted” my trust to bring my car. Nikola professionalism and honest communication, provided me with confidence. I relied on him to order the right engine components. He even “rejected” more work / money that I wished to accomplished in the engine, as he believed that it wasn’t necessary to add those parts first the power and stability of the car. Once all components received, it only took him and his expert technician “Egon” a total of 4 days to finalize a very complex work, where body parts need it to be removed for new components to be installed (pictures attached). Once I came to pick up my vehicle… Egon who’s as well passionate about BMW among other brands, took his time with Nikola to explained what was done and how my M2 would now perform / behave with new features / functionalities / performances. My car is now an absolute “Beast within its Beauty”… The engine sound, the power boosted and its handling are now to a competitive level! In terms of the overall labor cost… I did compared when I first called other garages in the area… And Nikola was truly lower… But frankly it always depend on what you need them to work on. I replaced 5 components of the engine adding to a new MHD software. It was the best experienced I’ve ever had in Hawaii! From there trust, communication, attention to detail and professionalism… And I will be back! I do recommend “Nikola’s auto center” for any of your vehicle needs!

My 1979 Super Beetle would not start and I had it towed to Nikola's Auto Center for repairs. My car was diagnosed to have a bad battery which was a surprise to me as I thought it was related to the starter and solenoid switch. Nickola told me that my Napa battery was still on warranty and could be replaced. I got the battery replaced for free by Napa and returned it to Nikola's to complete the rest of the work (brake checks and fuel tank leak determination). Nikola's completed all of the work I requested in a very reasonable time and performed the work withing my budget. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Nikola's Auto Center for classic cars. Nikola and Egon were both very helpful and worked me to perform their work and answer all of my questions.
