This guy gets one star because he asked me if my 2005 RSX type s was a 6 or 4 cynlider .....yea. Then he proceeded to seem like everything I asked him was huge ordeal. Which was just a check up. I just purchased the RSX used. And wanted a simple once over for my peace of mind. It was like pulling teeth to get him to answer simple questions I had. 1St impression will be my last one.

This is a 20-year-old story but it seems almost like yesterday I remember it so vividly. I had an oil pan plug leak and I went to some other shop to have their opinion and they said you need a new oil pan. we tried to get a used one from one of the salvage yards and there are none available so you need a new oil pan it was like $300-$350 they wanted to do the work. It was not an option for me at that time this is when I knew very little about car repair. So I went to Hondas only and they diagnose the problem and it was the problem but the difference was all they did was turn the threads on the oil pan that was on there a size larger put a new plug on it and he charged me $0.00. I said I have to pay you something and he said you’re OK or something to this effect and would not let me pay him anything. It was an unforgettable experience. So if you really want an honest place to take your vehicle to and you’re in the Redding area or even close go there. I am only sorry I didn’t comment sooner thank you so much Norm’s!!!!!

I have only been able to go to Norms 2 times but both times were great experiences. He was very helpful and made what was seeming like a difficult issue (fused taillight bulb) into a non issue and fixed it day-of. The second time was getting my honda set to drive long distance. Norm went above and beyond ensuring my car was fully maintained with no issues, everything topped off and ready to go. He is the only person I recommend bringing your Honda and I can't recommend him enough.
