It seemed hard to communicate with the technician. Initially I was told verbally the cost of the radiator core repair would be no more then $600, after I agreed to have the work done and left the vehicle off to be fixed, he tells me the cost would be $766.59 total !!!

This shop may not look like much from the outside but these guys were life savers and I couldn’t have asked for someone better when I needed the help. I called and they seen me immediately and had my overheating issue and lack of cabin heat inside fixed in 30 minutes. They explained to me what happened and I won’t choose anywhere else in the future. Thanks guys!! Thought I was going to have to buy a new car!

Just stopped by today 5/22/24 and we'll I tried slightly dropped/slipped radiator out of my hand yesterday putting radiator back into my audi A8L and was distraught after almost finishing this nightmare only to find radiators are almost 1000 dollars so opted to find these guys, stopped by this morning and very honest said might work might not if they tried to fix it so got the new radiator coming tomorrow or Friday at a fraction of the price I thought it would be... thanks guys much appreciated with the help getting this car finished ✅️

This is the second time Cliff Purnell @ NRW Inc has got me out of hot water! The first time he repaired the radiator from a John Deere utility vehicle. Deere parts are extremely expensive and Cliff and his team were able to repair the original at a fraction of the cost. On this occasion I was pretty distraught when the radiator in my S.Korean farm tractor failed as I was about to spread 40 yards of fertilizer. I was even more distraught when I found the two dealers with the replacement part were severely gouging the owners of these tractors that were only sold in USA from 2004-2011. Once again Cliff came to the rescue and repaired the original radiator saving me 100's of dollars. I can't recommend Cliff Purnell and NWR Inc. highly enough for providing excellent, honest and trustworthy service.

The place may seem not much from the outside but don’t always judge a book by it’s cover. I got my vehicle inspected at Firestone originally for the front wheel bearings. Everything was good except the radiator. They were charging me close to $900 to flush the coolant and replace the radiator. These guys did it for a better price and were very respectful. While I was waiting, they even offered me a soda. If I remember correctly, I think it was Patrick who helped me. The dude’s awesome. Thank you guys. Much appreciated. UPDATE: Alright, my other car (04 Nissan Path) that I use for work, the radiator cracked. It was expected considering it’s an older car. Same thing. Greeted with kindness and they took care of it right away. And it was during winter too!
