Joining Nutri-Fit was one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. I am a long distance runner but have been plagued with injuries since 2013. I tried every modality you can think of to relieve the pain and nothing seemed to help. In July, a friend recommended Nutri-Fit and I began working with Haydee. I would strongly recommend using Haydee as your personal trainer. She is experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. At the start of my program, she asked if I had any injuries and then she prepared a very personalized exercise program both for my upper and lower body. She took into account my individual needs. During training, she is very careful to ensure that all exercises are done correctly, to avoid the possibility of injury. I have loved working with Haydee. Her lovely personality makes even the hardest workout much easier and she cares about my overall well being. The pain in my hip has decreased since I started strength training and I have felt stronger during my weekly runs. Strength training has made me realize that I have an inner strength and power that I didn't know I had. This has been a life changing experience. Nutri-Fit isn't just a gym but a real community. The trainers greet you by name and they truly care about each person who walks in the door. Everyone is friendly and you get to know the other members through open gym times, monthly workshops and classes.
