Went to O'reilly's to get Windshield Wipers. I purchased the Windshield Wipers and the guy that waited on me, put the wipers on and we were talking about a battery for my keyless remote for my car. I told him that I wanted to purchase one. I gave him my remote and he seen that the part that goes on my key ring was broke and asked me did I want to purchase the remote case for it and I told him absolutely. He put the battery in the case to make sure that was the problem. I had no idea that they sold them. If anyone needs an extra remote case and battery, go to O'Reilly's. I was very pleased with my purchases and the customer service that I received. I don't know his name, but I want to thank you again for your help.

The most incompetent and unprofessional O'Reilly's store I have ever been to. The employees are not friendly or helpful. Typically this is a direct reflection on management but integrity is something that cannot be taught. Take your money to a different location or parts supplier and save the aggravation of dealing with complete idiots.

Good Customer service is hard these days, but the O'Reillys on N. Main was amazing. They had no idea I was battling cancer or that I was also battling spine issues, but they were very helpful, downright kind and helpful as a Team. Christian Diaz went over and beyond to help this old lady. Because of his kindness and my observance of the team O'Reillys has a new customer for life. Thanks for making me feel so special!

They were so nice. They tested my battery and my alternator which had failed me earlier in the day. They both tested OK so I'm not sure what to do next but they were very helpful In helping me rule out those problems.

O'Reilly's always exceeds my expectations. They are always friendly and quick to go above to help you. My SUV unexpected broke down at their store and I was having trouble getting tow to get it removed. I spoke with several of the guys at the store, including the manager Ryan and they didn't make a big deal about it demand mw to have it moved. That was a very stressful situation and them willing to work with me was a big relief. Even the tow truck driver that moved my car said," places normally don't let you do this but O'Reilly's is always known for having good people." Its just rare to get good service these days.

They had a battery that I needed at a relatively decent price, such as it is in today's California controlled environment. It wasn't cheap, nor was it ridiculously expensive like most batteries. People were friendly and knowledgeable as much as was required, at least for my simple needs. I have an aging dodge so I will go back often to test there resolve

I Brought two batteries to this location to have them tested. They told me they was good, I was going to buy batteries or chargers and they told me they could charge them and be back in a couple hours instead of me having to buy the other stuff. I relayed this was a problem I needed to fix tonight and he assured me they could do it. When I arrived back another guy was on shift and both batteries still setting where I placed them. He called the guy that was on shift and he lied about charging them because they never moved and after testing them infront of me now said there bad!! After me seeing the screen during the test!! I know I'm complaining about something that is free and I appreciate that but I do not appreciate being lied too and strung around for hours when I could have just bought a solution when I offered!! So this is a one star for customer service and nothing else!!
