This store has the WORSE SERVICE i have ever seen. Dont deliver parts on time. When do they are wrong 99.9% of time. Very untrained staff in doing basic retail business. This store alone makes me avoid oreillys all together.

Mon. 5-13-19....After being treated so appallingly at the o'reilly's on west markham rd., I came to this location to replace a spray bottle I had "just bought" and had broken already. The two ladies there were very sweet, bubbly, active in their cust.servie skills & extremely welcoming. They took care of my issue quickly, understood the treatment I rc'd from the other store location & offered to be my only o'reilys spot to rc' the best cust.service. I will return...if I need/want to to THIS location ONLY. Ladies... you saved it & took a "L" for your company for me today.... THANK YOU.

Not so good business I tried to give them a chance but it's just hard to find good help these days. An all day experience without any good results. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ª Not many good businesses now.... maybe coz of employee shortages. I'm just fed up with paying people to do what I need done and they do it when they feel like it.

Me and my husband came in for help because we couldn’t figure out why the back running lights on our Ram weren’t working. I can’t give these guys a big enough compliment all three of these men came out to help and try to figure it out even to the extent of taking our lights apart haha. We couldn’t figure it out but they did tell us about a warranty we didn’t know about as well as tell us where the closet dodge dealer is. Thank y’all so much!!!

Walked in dreading the long process and came out w a positive experience. Landon was top notch professional! He was knowledgeable and precise. Very helpful and personable. He tested my battery, alternator, starter, and helped me purchase my brake pads and wiper blades. Thanks to this young man for the awesome service. Di and Daughter were looking for hood shocks because her Toyota hood would not stay up. Bummer , when your battery cable comes undone and you have to reconnect it! Auto Zone was out of stock in this item so the kind lady at Auto Zone referred us to O’Reilly Auto Parts. The counter guy there did not have them in stock but he called another store, they had them, paid at the present store and hopped on over to their other location. Now that is service from both Auto Zone and O’Reilly’s!

The counter person (Cole) worked so hard to try and find the nuts and bolts I needed for my motorcycle. But unfortunately he was unable to get them for me as ORIELLY doesn't sell them separately. You have to buy a battery even if you don't need one. Thanks Cole for trying so hard. See you next time I need parts.

These smart asses need to advertise their closing time honestly. Door locked at 8:45 while the kid inside shoos me away while yucking it up with his 2 buddies- who he just unlocked the door for and they left at 8:57. I’m sure management will be pleased to know they just missed out on a pretty large commercial sale because their lazy employee doesn’t know how to read a clock. That’s ok, the competition across the street took care of me.

Very nice service. The assist manager (Dis hot and very sweet, but overall very helpful. He checked my oil and got me the right kind I needed. He then put it in for me. He convinced me to get a new set of wiper blades, and put them on for me.

These people batteries are no good. Stop buying batteries from this place and wasting your money. The manager Rodger will deactivate your account and stop you from getting your warranty even with your receipts. The batteries are no good. If it says a year you'll get 6 months. Do not buy from here
