Good place to buy auto parts. Prices are among the lowest of local auto parts store and they usually have the part you need. If they are out of needed part they will see if a nearby store has it in stock if you need it now, or they can order it and get it usually within a day or two. I have had good experience with the employees, they do seem to be knowledgeable about parts, so I almost always get the right part. If the part isn't right they gladly exchange for the correct one. I know vehicles can have differences in parts depending on the build or information about the motor isn't exact. Overall it is one of the better parts stores.

I must acknowledge that my 5 star review was well earned! It was the first rain of the season and my wipers were shredded!!! I stopped on to buy new wipers dreading the act if having to install them. The clerk was so nice and helpful!! He offered to install them, and came out to my car and did so, even in the rain. What great service and it was so appreciated because for some reason installation of windshield wipers has always been difficult for me and this angel of a person had them installed in probably less than a minute!! I was very impressed. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

They are very helpful people. I presented them with a challenge that had nothing to do with an Automobile. At first they were confused, until I gave them clearly what I needed. They got me exactly what I needed, a 90° heater By-pass hose to install on a Water Heater T&P valve line.

Bought lots of “lifetime warranty” tools from this store approximately 10 years ago. Oreilly refuses to cover the warranty as they have changed their brand name. Called corporate, they won’t help me. Store manager of this store won’t help me. Unfortunate. This place needs Doug back as manager. It’s a $30 ratchet.. make a customer happy for a tool that cost this corporation probably less than $3.. nope, instead they lost a customer for life.

I could not write a more glowing review. Halfway through my 100mi trip, I discovered I needed to replace my ignition coil. When I arrived, they quickly found the part I needed. I asked if they could replace it for me, and they politely explained that they could not for liability reasons. However, they did give me expert advice on what things to be careful of should I try it on my own. When I told them I'd like to give it a shot on my own, they even lent me a ratchet. Their calmness and advice helped turn a bad day into a manageable one. I'd especially like to praise Adzel for his professionalism, customer service, and expertise.

I went in to the store to get a few parts for my car and sad to say that good customer service at this store is non-existing. The “parts specialist” looked annoyed because I needed to exchange a part and tossed the part like he was doing a mic drop. Additionally, hearing the conversations from the manager on shift today was unacceptable, making demeaning comments about customers was sad to here and this was one of my favorite stores. Finally, a customer that didn’t speak great English was talked about his abilities to utilize the OBD-II scanner. Instead of asking if he knew, a parts “specialist” and the manager passed judgement based on his appearance and language capability.

GM completely rude and incompetent. Has a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to basic sales, customer service & retaining customers. He definitely has zero respect for the military as well. Would not even waste my time with this place.

Bullshit. Ordered an item and said would be shipped to store at 11:30 a m the next day. And I would get an email when Item is ready.12:00 comes And I call just to verify if it is there or not. Because I have had problems in the past that they don't call or email me when it is there and I am waiting all damn day. Phone rings and rings. no answer multiple times. The couple times I do get through.I'm put on hold for almost half an hour plus. Then when I Finally talk to someone hours later.I'm told product was in stock and I would get an email shortly. Soon as I hung up the phone I got the email. So you're telling me the item Was there in stock The whole time and I could have picked it up early in the morning and got my job done when I needed.To yet put me another day behind. Never had a problem with the store on alamo. I'm sure the guys at depot are just busy. But jeez when it's multiple issues. Like come on now,do better.

I always have a great experience at this location and with O’Reilly’s in general. But I wanted to give my appreciation to Andrew for helping me with my battery. I didn’t bring any tools with me to remove my battery and he found the tools and helped me remove and replace the battery all with a smile on his face. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this location.
