Stopped in to test out my alternator, the man and woman that were working seemed cordial when I came in, there was 1 other customer in the store. I was not greeted and put my alternator at the end of the counter and started to look for tools that I needed. There were none available in the sizes I needed but there was a cheap set for 9.99 that had the 2 sockets I was short. The man came up to me and asked how my day was going, he checked the alternator and it did fail. He gave me a price on it and I told him I was going to just purchase the tool set today. He scanned in the tool set and asked me my phone number, he made a comment that I wasnt a member and walked away from me to help the other customer. I was caught off guard because I had my money out and was handing it to him when he walked away. As I stood there I noticed the price was 1 dollar higher than the sign. When he made it back I had brought the sign over to show him. He checked it and verifies the UPC was the same. And I said that it showed it for 9.99. He looked at me and pulled the label out of the holder and said, nope, 10.99. I dont have an issue for paying 10.99, I had an issue on the way it was handled. I asked if he was going to honor the 9.99 price and he repeated himself and said simply. 10.99. I walked away and said I didnt need it and would purchase it elsewhere and the woman said see, not a buyer, and I said back and said you let me walk for the 1 dollar and left. For sure will not be back.

We had a great experience with Taz as our associate. We were headed for a long trip and the cover on my husband's electric cart would not stay on. Bought bungee cords and Taz offered to put them on. I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Assistant Manager named Eric. He helped me install a car battery in my 2016 Chevy Malibu. He knew it was very involved and normally they do not put batteries in those types of cars but he is a very good and kind hearted man and helped me through it and together we had my car up and running in no time. If you ever need someone to go to down in Saginaw close by Bridgeport, check out O'Reilly Auto Parts store on 3640 Dixie Highway and ask for Eric he is an amazing guy.

Stopped in quick to borrow a tool to change my license plate bulbs. Michael (Me-kel) helped me out. It was freezing outside, was a pain to change, hands freezing in 2.2, but, we got it done. I'm am an Auto Zone girl, well until today. O'REILLY'S is now my spot. I will say that any business I do from here on out will be at O'REILLY'S on Dixie Hwy in Saginaw. They were awesome. The service I got was beyond exceptional. Wont be going anywhere else!! Thanks guys for the help!!!!
