I would usually give this place 5 stars but as of yesterday my rare 1988 Monte Carlo SS w/ T-Tops was returned to me unannounced on a flatbed with T-Tops missing, dash board signals missing and they didn’t even fix my car. They had it for over two month’s. No one contacted me about my T-Tops & dash missing, just delivered it to me unannounced. Talked to Mark but everything he said was fishy.

Thanks again. They fit me into the middle of the day, when I had a coolant leak, from a cracked part. Very friendly. Got me back on the road in an hour. I tipped more than the cost of the repair (to buy the team lunch), because it is hard to find businesses that operate like this, doing everything they can to meet your need. Exceptional!!!!!

These guys do an amazing job! I've taken my vehicle up to them a few times and they have always treated me right. They do good work and they're very honest with you. It's nice to be able to take your vehicle to a place you can trust to fix what needs to be fixed and not try to scam you for more money. In my personal opinion they are the best in town! Vehicle troubles are already stressful enough and can be expensive at times, but these guys do their very best to fix you right at the best price they can give you and get you back on the road proper! If you have vehicle problems definitely take it here. They'll treat you right!

I had a tire blowout almost in front of this place, escaping from a man going the wrong way on M58.. I had to jump the curb or get hit head on. They don’t sell tires but they did put my spare on for me and calmed me down. I am very grateful.

I took my car in after it was hit while parked. After waiting 3 months hearing nothing I got my car back with a ticking noise. The caliper was hanging half off and hitting my wheel as I was driving. the fact that this was given the okay and sent off the lot sickens me. Please if you’re going to take your car here make sure you check it before you drive it I don’t want anyone to get hurt.

Phenomenal shop to do business with, they've done a lot of work for me. The owner is transparent and very reasonable with his pricing. The world needs more small businesses like this. People forget businesses like this are the backbone of our great country. They have me as a lifelong customer. Im sure there are other great shops in Saginaw but I don't think you'll find better pricing or customer service anywhere else.

HORRIBLE communication. Took my car there because the engine light came on. Was told it only needed an oil change, which I got 2 months prior. I asked why would my car be going through so much oil so fast? First he kept hinting that I was t getting my oil changed like I should, which I corrected him on, then he said it’s what happens to my kind of vehicle when it gets old. Three weeks later, I’m already down 3 quarts of oil. Instead of telling me I had an oil leak, he let me believe “it just happens “. He was very condescending when I would ask him questions. I am many things, but stupid isn’t one of those things. I don’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Also, it took SEVEN hours to get that oil change. Will NEVER go there again.

I’ve gone there twice now, and both times the price they quoted me ends up being way less than the price at the end. Their communication is non-existent. I said to the Mark ‘if I wouldn’t have called you, I don’t believe you would have called me first.’ And his response was ‘that’s correct’. I will never return again, and I will suggest the people who care about the money they earn shouldn’t go here either. They tell me it’s a quick in and out job, but 24 hours later they still have my car. That’s not quick in my book.
