took my truck their 2 years ago. they told me it would be done in the morning, told them parts were in the car. balljoints and starter. Came there the next morning after receiving a call that they couldnt start working on it due to no parts being in it. Low and behold my parts were ripped off, even confronted the crackhead worker about it who did nothing but smirk at me while i talked to him. the owner told me he would replace the starter free of charge come back in a few hours. So i left, 2 hours later another call, sorry we arent fixing your starter nothings wrong with the one on the truck. lol,come get it. save your time and money go to muffler man accross the road good people who are honest and do quality work

Bought a Jeep from a guy at this shop told me Rick would give me a print out and guarantee that the only thing it needed was CV shafts. I knew better then that because I know a little bit about cares. Needless to say I'm still replacing parts months later and I just recently was able to start really driving it. The entire drivetrain is messed up in the Jeep.

Quoted a good price to change my brake pads. After waiting several hours in a cold lobby they decided to not Change the pads because they weren’t taking anymore cars. I recommend going elsewhere. You will save a lot of time and headache by taking your business elsewhere

NEVER GOING BACK! They do passable work when they actually do it. Left my truck there for a month, prepaid for services, $1550 upfront, was ripped off! They gave me some junkyard motor they probably paid a few hundred for and some services weren't completed...and they never got around to getting it finished, nor was I reimbursed for parts or labor that didn't get done. I was promised it would be done in a day... NOPE.

This place doesn't look like a million bucks, but the work is top notch. Rick takes first come first serve so no appt needed. He is very honest and priced right. The value far exceeds the price I paid ! He also let's you bring your own parts and works with you. A+++ RECOMMENDED

They were asked to look over my friend's car. Their mechanic seized the engine when he emptied the oil and then ran the car. They now expect my friend to either buy a new car or new engine. Because they claim it's not their fault.

Kept my car for 24 hours just to tell me to take it somewhere else. Don't know who certified this guy but seems like finding a leak in an air strut wouldn't be too hard. Came home and found it easily. Also a few months I paid 500 for front end work. The clunking noisese stopped for a few weeks then came back. Wanted to then charge me $250 more for what he says was "just pins". Dude is a joke and only knows how to work on certain cars. Definitely not Cadillacs

Best auto repair shop I've been to. Rick and his employees are down to earth and very easy to work with. They are the most honest place I've been to. They don't try to sell you something you don't need, and when I left with my truck it looked and rode like a brand new truck. They definitely have a customer for life and I will absolutely recommend everyone I know to take their vehicles to him. I would just like to say if you’re going to give out a quote make it clear that it’s solely based off labor or and parts included, there’s definitely a major difference but a learned lesson is definitely not worth it when things could be clarified at the beginning, but whom am I
