Sometimes they guss to tell you what is wrong with your truck. I have three of my friends took their truck and was told fule pump, they replaced it and the problem still exists. One of my friends took it somewhere else and found out the tranmission is a problem. The second one was told the fuel line needs to be cleaned, and the third one is the sensor problem. If anyone ever goes there and you are told fuel pump, don't do it.

I had a problem with a radiator leak on one of my trucks and I called them they were very kind they gave me a price how much it would cost and everything was fine and as they said they were very fair and even only charged me 2 gallons of antifreeze and at the other repair shops usually charge the full capacity of(~10-12 gallons). I recommend to anyone who needs in this area.

❌❌❌ Beware!! I was hustled out of almost three hundredths of dollars for refill AC refrigerant. also charged for diagnostic but never diagnosed Created a way to take money from me. Certain people should stay away if you can't afford to be taken advantage I dealing with this mechanic over the past 3 years this is the most awfully customer service i have ever dealt with. but i have to because they are the closest me mechanic to us. I know many other carriers and people who go to other just because how awful and overpriced charges the customer so be careful these mechanic will get you these guys are killing people. Never step in here again. I wish I could give them 0.. stars. 👎👎👎👎

Best shop around Kansas City, I had an issue with my truck and I called them, I was lucky to have one of the owner helping me, Pedro gave a quick diagnose to resolve the issue, he is a person with a lot of knowledge on the field. I definitely would recommend the shop, I would continue using their services. I would rate them with more stars but they only have 5, give them a call for any of your truck needs

Be really careful this place if you want to take your truck they will start job that they can't finish they will keep replace your parts without diagnostic the issues they just guess issues and after they make you spend 6000$ they will say we can't fix it do you want to take some where else that is terrible man I never seen shop like this you will drive your truck for small issues and you will tow it that is what happened to me some one will sue them at the end

THIS IS YOUR WARNING!!!Take your truck somewhere else. This place has the worst communication ever. They are not knowledgeable when it comes to repairing trucks. My truck was sitting for weeks with no updates. They told me my truck was finished without even letting me know what was wrong with it. I drove it and it still wasn’t driving right. They wanted me to bring it back in and spend more money to fix the problem. They will rob you if you let them. They like to rush jobs and not test after allegedly fixing the problem.

Excellent shop, got quoted 6400 at the dealership, called them with must have fixes, and they were so fair that I kept kept adding to the list. They resolved every issue I had, and even added 150 bucks in air filters for 750.00 bucks total! I highly recommend these guys! They will be my go to shop for now on! I arrived at 8am was in a bay by 8:15.

Replaced my transmission was supposed to do rear main seal and supposed to resurface flywheel and put nee clutch paid $3300 for it and only to find out that they only put the new clutch in and nothing else! Do not use this shop best to spend extra money elsewhere!

I arrived at this truck shop at 12:00 and from the beginning clearly pointed out a specific problem with my truck. They checked it and said they found nothing. I repeated the same issue again, but they were inspecting completely different parts that had nothing to do with the problem. After 5 hours of inspection, only when I once again explained exactly what the problem was, they finally looked in the right place. Then they said they would not fix it today. This was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop to truck drivers. Be careful with your time
