Pleasant person but terrible service took truck at 8:30 am told 2hrs had to call 3 times last time picked up truck was at 3:30pm diagnostics still wasn't done. Got in my truck realized gas was used up I'll never return or recommend.

This business did a decent job on my husband's car, however, the owner would not allow my husband's brother to use his public restroom! They close at 8:00PM and it was around 6:00PM. He said it was closed for the day. What kind of business that caters to the public would not allow an older gentleman to use his facilities? Adding insult to injury, my brother-in-law referred us to this guy. So, he had seen him in the past when he got work done. Seems strange to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR!

Guy said he just forgot to do work on my car so took longer for that. I was not compensated. Work will take them sometime they dont communicate so that they dont lose your business. didnt keep their word on a credit for work so thats twice i been there and it was a bad experience. The work got done just took 2 weeks later and some misleading information. Even if they put it on the quote they gave you dont believe it.🤷🏽♂️bad business but good workers

I took my car here to have the electrical fixed in October of 21 I just received a call that it was ready.its now June of 22. I pivk it up and it has extensive damage. Busted grill and dents and scratches all over.theres no accountability all I got was there's a sign that's says not responsible for damages. Do not take your vehicle here if you care even a little about it. Only states he'll fix the grill if I purchased another. What a joke!good reviews have to be from friends and family

I have never had a more awful experience with an auto shop than I had here. He kept my car for 20 days and didn't do a single thing to it. In the 20 days that he had my car he never one time called me to give me an update on what was going on. The 3 times that I called him during that 20 days his response was always "Call me back in a couple of days." If your car is in any way shape or form electric or hybrid or of that sorts do not under any circumstances take your car here. The shop is a cave and none of their mechanics know what they're doing with newer cars. The first day I took my car to him I told him three things that Toyota told me and he still couldn't figure out. I've known Dumbo for over 20 years and his shop came highly recommended. It's a shame that I have to give this type of review about a man I have very fond memories of. All his reviews are from friends and family and he deletes negative comments so this will probably never be seen to begin with. My hope is that the couple of people that see it before it gets deleted will understand that if you have a newer car take it to a real mechanic and stay away from the caveman.

They blew it!! They had the chance to earn me as a lifetime customer because I believed they did a great job on my repair in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they can't get out of their own way. My heat worked when I brought the car to them, it no longer worked when I picked up my car. I'm quite certain it was something simple, but, when I alerted them of the problem, they immediately went to the blame game. They blamed instead of just agreeing to take a look at it. Accountability goes a long way, they don't seem to value that concept.

Not honest on keeping you informed or updated as they had my car for over a month. I can’t say miscommunication because there wasn’t any. Small business or big business consumer’s satisfaction should be a mutual goal otherwise what are you in business for? They’ll continue to give you the run around about your car. I’d call Monday and be told that Friday it’ll be ready come Friday there’s an excuse to call Monday, then repeated. Less excuses more work..If there isn’t enough workers please don’t take someone car apart to have it sitting there so you’ll have guaranteed money. That’s a huge inconvenience because someone else could be fixing it faster and efficiently. I would never recommend this company for any repairs or diagnostics nor air. They aren’t people of their word. Prices may seem low however them keeping your car for extreme periods you’d be spending money elsewhere for transportation!

I drop my car off at 8 o’clock in the morning no one never called to tell me anything haven’t started on my car or looked at my car and closed up and no one never called me or told me anything that oh we didn’t get around to fixing your car. You have to pick it up tomorrow. No one ever called and told me nothing as bad business

Tim and his Puertorican worker are the most unprofessional and rude people I have ever dealt with they move very slowly. Your car will be in that shop for weeks. I had to go get mine please 🙏 take your car somewhere else trust me you will be disappointed

I have been a customer of One stop auto for years. I’ve spent thousands of dollars and recommended friends and family to Tim and Venessa. I have a 2017 Cadillac XT5. I took my vehicle in to Stop because my check engine light came on and it was the thermostat. Tim told me that it would $450 plus tax and it would be about two days. I drove my car to the shop with only the engine light on. Tim had my car for over a week. After he fixed the thermostat every light on the dash was on and my car was non drivable. He said the engine was in default and he didn’t know what was wrong and I should take it to the dealer. Tim damaged the fuel injector, and this cost me $1851.00 plus we had to get a rental car. I gave Tim the opportunity to fix this and he got nasty and told me to take him to court. Under no circumstances should a customer drive into a repair shop and then have to get their car towed out with no explanation as to what the problem was. This repair was clearly out of his league. The Cadillac Dealer called within an hour and told me what it was. He wasn’t even competent enough as a mechanic find out why all the lights on the dash were on. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TO one stop auto because I ending up making TWO STOPS and the second one cost me $1851 dollars. Now he will write a rebuttal, make a bunch of excuses, and try to spin it instead of taking accountability. Lets see how he spins this. Remember DROVE IN WITH ONE LIGHT ON AMD TOWED OUT WITH 5 lights on. Those are the facts.
