I recently took my Audi Q7 to Pacific German due to multiple engine misfire codes and other issues. Tyler was absolutely fantastic to work with, as was all of the staff that assisted me. They did a thorough diagnostic inspection, provided me with a preliminary estimate in a timely manner, and also took the time to share all of their recommendations for the work that was needed as well as additional issues they were concerned about so we could decide how best to proceed. I cannot recommend Pacific German more highly. In a time where integrity, honesty, professionalism, and compassion for your customers situation is hard to come by, I found all of those traits and more at Pacific German. Thank you!!

I never do reviews, however, Pacific German absolutely has changed that. I can’t say enough how excellent the service was that I received here. Shawn was thorough, patient, and honest. I received an estimated for $11,000 at the dealership and decided to get a second opinion. Final outcome at Pacific German was less than $300.00. Due to receiving an honest evaluation and not being up sold on unnecessary services. The biggest catch was the wrong fluid that was put into my car by the dealership. This was caught and corrected at Pacific German. Also saving me further damage to my car and ultimately, saving me thousands of dollars, literally! Happy to report, my car so far is driving like a dream l!! Count me in as a new loyal customer to Pacific German! Shout out to Elizabeth(front desk) she was professional and very helpful throughout! Really great shop. Tyler was extremely helpful with me both over the phone and in person and accommodated my short window to get a service done before I had to leave town. Not only that but he was extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating all the details of things I asked about. These guys work on much nicer cars and do much more expensive jobs than what I needed on my ‘17 A4, yet still showed me a high level of service. They definitely live up to the good reviews and the personal recommendation I got from a friend. Thank you!

I’m so glad I chose to go here! I recently brought in two 957 Cayennes to get some aftermarket suspension parts installed as well as wheels/tires mounted and balanced. Huge shoutout to Tyler, Alfie and the team at Pacific German for doing an amazing job getting both dialed in perfectly. I appreciate all of their attention to detail, knowing the vehicles were properly taken care of in all aspects. Before anything starts, their quick inspection goes through and makes sure the vehicle is a good candidate to continue on with the installation. It’s super helpful and reassuring seeing the pictures they provide along side descriptions of current/rising issues that they noticed during the inspection. Having that, whether you go through with the recommended services or not, is very useful with creating a baseline or just acknowledging things that can be done as preventative maintenance before any issues later become even worse. I personally went through with all recommended services as they were definitely needed and glad were brought to my attention because nobody likes a janky non-cared for euro lol. There was never a moment I felt unsure or uneasy with what they were doing, they were happy to answer any questions I had as well as give tips/advice for any future references. I’m glad I have found a professional specialist shop that I can continue to go to as well as recommended to all friends and family. Thank you Pacific German!

Pacific German has been taking care of my two cars for about a year now. They’ve been able to do all of the regular maintenance, some upgrades like a trailer hitch, as well as track down and fix some tricky issues. They were able to confirm the existence of one issue in particular that the dealer said ‘didn’t exist’, and referred me to a more competent dealer to get it fixed under warranty. Their prices are super fair when compared to the dealer, and they’ll take their time with the car to make sure things are diagnosed and repaired properly. They communicate clearly and concisely, and have never tried the ‘upsell’ of unnecessary services like a dealer would. Their lounge is clean and comfortable, and my kids like looking at some of the cool cars hanging around when we come to pick up or drop ours off.

Update! Had Pacific German do some performance mods to my (new to me) 991.2 Turbo S. This thing is an ANIMAL! Thank you again to Pacific German! Baby (991.2 C2S) got a new set of Michelin 4S tires. Then got a perfect alignment also with a GIAC Stage 1 Tune at Pacific German. These guys really know their stuff! Pacific German is also family owned. I took my 2023 porsche Spyder to pacific German for over axel pipe , front wheel spacers and replacing factory air filters with BMC filters also changing factory paddle shifters and pairing my PDK shifter. It all came out great, Tyler was my contact and he was great and very knowledgeable and helped me with my decisions for upgrades . I highly recommend pacific German .

I had my Porsche 997 TT in for engine repair, and ended doing the clutch and miscellaneous other things while the engine was out. Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. Shawn was very responsive and kept me up to date on progress throughout. I’ve tried other shops in the area, but this is probably the one I will stick with. You pay a bit more than some other places, but I think you get what you pay for. Knowledgeable technicians and good service.

The only shop I trust with my cars. Absolutely fantastic service, insanely fast turnarounds, and meticulous attention to detail (After service I see paint pen marks on individual bolts denoting that they've been torqued to spec) Great very well trained techs. Treat your cars with respect. My cars usually come in dirty and yet they go the extra mile and have them washed by the time I come pick them up. Very good communication, have yet to fail on delivering on time after being given an ETA. Have had my Audi A4 Allroad (B9) tuned, modified and serviced here. E46 M3 modified and serviced. C63 AMG modified and serviced. I mean it when I say, I literally don't trust any other shop with my cars anymore, and if I ever move away from SoCal, I'm going to have serious trust issues finding. a new shop.

Tyler and the entire team at Pacific German are the only one I trust and for good reasons. They are genuine, they know these cars better than anyone, pricing is excellent, and they go above and beyond for the customer. I have been bringing them my cars for the last 7 years. Pacific German is an outstanding shop. They refreshed the suspension on my 997.2 Turbo and it genuinely feels like a completely different car which is how it should have felt all along. Shawn was also great to work with since he provided clear communication, photos, honest recommendations, and no upselling. He caught an age-related CV boot issue during inspection and handled it amazingly with OEM parts, fair prices and reduced labor since there was overlap with other work. Highly recommend Pacific German! I recently brought my Audi Q7 here after purchasing it from CarMax. Despite CarMax’s '125-point inspection,' the team at Pacific German found several critical issues that were completely overlooked, including overdue service intervals and suspension problems. The staff is incredibly professional, honest, and truly knows Audi inside and out. They took the time to explain everything and showed me exactly what needed attention. If you’re buying a used car in the area, don’t trust the dealer's inspection — bring it here first! They saved me a lot of trouble and gave me peace of mind. Five stars!
