Sam did an AWESOME job on our car! He buffed out the scratches on the bumper and matched the paint perfectly. I was afraid that the paint would be true factory color but wouldn't take in to consideration that the car has been exposed to sun and elements for 3 years. But, it was perfect. Super professional. Sam was so nice and easy to work with, communicated via text re: timing and showed up on time. Highly recommend.

Mike my technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable of what my needs were. At first he was concerned for where the deep scratches were with regard to the type of material used in that area of my 2025 iX 50 BMW. Used Bumper Buddies on two cars in the past month. Had multiple issues with my Acura bumper, some being fairly deep gashes. Was concerned about ability to color match AND fix the gashes. Bumper was amazingly clean after Mike the Tech they sent out fixed it. My wife had a new car and the garage door closed on the upper portion or the car, created some fairly deep cuts. Had Mike look at them, create quote and then come back out an fix that car. Similar story to the Acura, could have spend 2.5 to 3 times more at a body shop or get is repaired by Bumper Buddies. For the Acura I had a quote for 2.5x the cost from an auto repair painter. I would challenge anyone to find the gashes after Mike was done, and I saved $800.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It should have been a simple repair of my bumper, but turned into a 3 day nightmare! They over-sprayed my entire car, spreading lacquer all over every window, door, panel, and rims. they said they would be able to fix it and sent a tech back out. He ended up doing more damage to the car, then they hired a detailer that said he could fix it. The detailer said it would cost an additional $750 to complete the work, which I declined. Bumper Buddies caused the problem, shouldn’t they be the ones paying for the repair? I now need to get my windows replaced & car repainted. Victor, John & Mike are aware of the situation & not returning my calls/texts. I wouldn’t even trust them to wash my car. They have no idea what they’re doing, do not use them.

I can't recommend this business enough. Price was much better than other quotes and Sam rocked it with the repair. A large tree dented/scratched my side door on the truck and wasn't very optimistic that it would look OEM after repair. Sam came out, repaired the dent and repainted the area. He did an amazing job and the door looks OEM again. If you need body work done this is the place!

Unreliable work. I trusted them with my 2023 BMW and I had to pay twice to the dealer fix it. I used to take my car to a body shop that I trusted but I thought this will be more convenient even though they charged almost twice. If you have a crappy car and lots of money to donate this is your company. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a body shop you trust.

The quality of the polishing was hands down better than any service I’ve ever received before. Sam did a fantastic job repairing my tesla. I had a few areas with scratched paint, a dent, a warped end to my panel and the light had shifted leaving a gap. He was able to make the car look brand new in 5 hours and they came and did it at my workplace.
