Big waste of time! They ignored us once we were not able to be approved for a loan. They lied and said they would work with us, but ignored my husbands calls, once it's not what benefited them. It's best to shop elsewhere, I know we are. (We have excellent credit by the way, just not what they want. )

Wheelchair Vans America is the best business for your mobility scooter needds and repairs. Ali the tech there at Wheelchair Vans America I have dealt with on several occasions now is a very honest person who goes out of his way to explain and repair whatever your problem is. EDIT Feb 9th. 949 Vans responded below. Contacted them and will see what happens, but would like to respond to the part where they responded. "Regarding the 240-point inspection conducted at our facility and the independent mechanic shop inspection, both assessments contradict the allegations made. It is important to note that the vehicle in question is 12 years old with 127,000 miles, and our transparency about its condition was communicated upfront." Yes it is 12 YO but I was not told that the battery and AC were bad. Just that it was 12YO and had some scratches on the car as per photos sent. As per the "allegations", I am speaking of what I saw as per the mechanical issues I ran into and parts that needed replacing. I also looking forward to working with you on the issues I have raised. Thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Multiple things wrong with the van. I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey VMI conversion for my wife. I was told that this would go through their mechanic to make sure it was in good mechanical working order when I was looking to purchase this. I had it shipped from CA to FL and received it December 10th, I could not drive it because I had to wait to get the title due to not wanting to title it in California but title it in Florida. (Nothing 949 could do about that so that is not what this review is about, this is just about the van itself) About January 16th or so we got the title and titled it to be able to legally drive it. So in retrospect we have not driven this that long. Right away I found issues. Here is the list. 1. Needed a new battery. Went out during one day and found the van dead. Did not leave lights on or anything, battery just went dead. Took it to auto store and found to have a bad cell. 2. Rear Spring Insulator Seat needed to be replaced as it was broken in half. (Easily spotted when I heard a noise and investigated and I am no mechanic so a trained mechanic should have caught that.) 3. Air conditioning clutch went out. (that was the most expensive thing and that sucks living in Florida and not having AC.) Not even sure the AC ever worked as we barely used the van and it has been cool. 4. Front plastic piece under front of car (sorry not sure what it is called) was only held on by 2 of the 5 plastic rivets on the passenger side, so had to replace them. Just glad I caught it in time. 5. The plastic rivets were missing from the windshield wiper covers. Glad they didn't blow off on the delivery truck. 6. Windshield wipers were dry rotted (not a big deal but wanted to add that) 7. Not detailed. This obviously didn't get detailed because there was grease on the doors, seats, radio, steering wheel, and mud on the floors. Also there was dog hair that was imbedded in the carpeted areas. So obviously the previous owner had a service animal. I let Omer know about the detailing, battery, and spring seat ( the rest happened after I talked to him or in the case of the rivets not that big a deal that I thought of mentioning and the AC just happened). He said he would let someone know who was responsible for that. I also sent photos of the grease, mud, hair that was in the van when I got it. Omer did get me a key fob as it only came with 1 so that is a plus but I would not do business with this company again based on my experience with the van.

First off, Iโd like to say thank you to all the wonderful staff members. Everyone at this dealership was very kind. Sam, the sales rep, helped us find the right van for our family. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. Ask for Sam if you need help deciding which van is best for you and your family.

My dad's 20 year old power chair suddenly stopped taking a charge, and we started evaluating the cost of buying repair parts and service vs buying a new power chair. Someone from Wheelchair Vans returned our call, and diagnosed and fixed (!!) our charging issue over the phone. We had no idea the chair could lock itself with some unintentional actions on Dad's part, and could also unlock with similar intentional steps on our part. Amazing! Another company might have taken advantage of our ignorance and sold us a new chair for thousands of $. The person who helped us at this company won our future business. Much gratitude!

I purchased a van from here last month and paid cash for the entire thing and two weeks later My vans transmission line splattered oil all over my engine appointment. And when I called the dealership to explain the issue, they just cut me off and we're very arrogant. Instead of trying to help me resolve this issue in a professional Way. All they told me was that they're not going to do anything that it's my problem knowing that california law states under thirty days They have to replace the van or give you a full refund. I would not recommend this place at all. They still salvage and faulty vans. They will clean them up and make them look good with a good polish. But you have been warned if you buy from here just know you will regret it!!!!!!! I have been saving for 7 years to get my father a realiable and comfortable wheelchair van to give him a better lifestyle and to make it easier for his doctors appointments. To just have it break down 3 weeks later?!?!? This dealership is just going to end up getting a huge lawsuit!!! Or the ADA will further investigate this place eitherway just be aware That they will be very friendly with you and understanding until you have bought the van then When you call for any concerns they will just laugh over the phone and tell you there's nothing they can do for you.

Hello, I donโt even know where to start. Okay I know. I should have never ever trusted what they said about how good the van was. The problem with me is that I trust people to much. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna with 79,225 miles for close to 35k. They said that the van went through their how ever many points check they said that their vehicle goes through. What I shouldโve done was to bring a trusted mechanic to inspect it or had my first week of taking it home to have had it inspected as well. Donโt take their word for it that the van that youโre buying is in good shape. I only found out the van was not in great shape was when I got into an accident and the mechanic told me that the van most likely over heated before. Now wether or not Wheelchair vans, Inc knew about it or not I leave that to GOD most high. The van was not good shape to have been driven. If youโre like me who does not know much about what to look for when buying a used vehicle I highly recommend you to bring a trusted mechanic. Omer didnโt care but thatโs just how things go when their job is to sell how ever good or bad the vehicle maybe. I drove the van for a lot of miles since I bought it and I asked the mechanic if I had anything to do with that picture she sent me and she stated that it was most likely there before I bought it. So my advice is before you buy the vehicle do your own check up because had I known how bad the van was I wouldโve just bought a new van altogether. This is why I hate dealing with used vehicle sales people. It make the ones who are honest just like them. Dishonest and it just leaves people who are trying to make a living end up spending so much of our money. The worst part of it all is that we payed cash for the van which was in nad shape. On the outside and inside it looked good but on the inside it was a ticking time bomb. I thank GOD most high that it didnโt break down on any of my trips with patients. Do not trust anyone. Do your own check up with any used vehicle that your buying. Thereโs no such things as their word of honor anymore. Let my bad experience with this Wheelchair Vans, Inc a lessen for you. My naive and innocent and downright stupidity a lesson for anyone else that is thinking of purchasing from them. They donโt care about you as soon as you bite the bait. I pray for their souls and that they repent from what they claim about the shape of the uses vans that they sell.

First and foremost, a big thank you to Omar and his staff at Wheelchair Vans Inc. I recently had the pleasure of working with Omar after a 7 month long search for a Toyota Sequoia that was worthy of buying. I had been searching in Arizona where I live and after many disappointing failed attempts I decided to check the surrounding states to see if anything stood out. In my search I came across one from Wheelchair Vans Inc. in Laguna Hills Ca. I was more or less "window shopping" at this point and I never really expecting to find one online, in a different state, that I would actually buy. The pictures and the ad caught my attention instantly. I then reached out to Omar with questions. From the very first interaction I knew this was for real. Omar was honest, and answered every single question I had which instilled confidence in the fact that this could be "the one". He did a video walk around for me to see and hear the entire truck which was a step above in my opinion. I decided I was going to test fate and buy this in California from Arizona. The Price that was listed was exactly what I paid. I flew to CA. to pick up the truck and it was in fact the 1 owner, dealer maintained, "everything I was hoping it would be" truck and more. Omar had it detailed before I arrived, and even filled it up with gas knowing I had a 6 hour trip ahead of me. The trip home went without a single issue. They entire staff was kind and accommodating and I highly recommend Omar and Wheelchair Vans Inc. to anyone that would like an honest, no hassle, trustworthy way to do business. Thank you again to Omar and Wheelchair Vans Inc.

I had a fantastic experience with Wheelchair Vans Inc! From the very beginning, their team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. They truly understand the needs of individuals and families who require accessible transportation. The selection of wheelchair-accessible vans was impressiveโboth in quality and variety. I appreciated how they took the time to explain all the features, answer every question, and help me find the best option within my budget. The van I purchased is reliable, comfortable, and has made a huge difference in our daily life. What stood out most was their dedication to customer service. The staff didnโt just treat me like a customerโthey treated me like family. The delivery process was smooth, and they made sure I felt confident using all the accessibility features before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend Wheelchair Vans Inc to anyone looking for dependable mobility solutions and top-notch service. They made the process easy, stress-free, and even enjoyable!

1/31/2025 What a great dealership with wonderful caring people. The vans are beautiful and competitively prices. In my previous review I spoke of the quality experience and vans purchase that I made to take mom to appointments and outings as she was wheelchair bound. I since lost mom to the Lord in December and called Sam and Omer to discuss options due to the fact mom had passed away and I no longer neeed the van. They were quite compassionate and caring. Omer offered the opportunity to put the van on the lot via consignment and we came to an agreement about price. He was so professional and kind. The van was on the lot for less than a month and Sunny called me with the good news that the van was sold and my check was ready. It was a very good experience considering what our family had gone through and I so appreciated their care, compassion and assistance. I highly recommend Wheelchair Vans Inc. In Laguna Hills, CA as they are simply the best and the ship throughout the nation. Thank you Omer, Sam and Sunny! Highly recommended. 8/24/2024 What a fantastic experience. We purchased a rear entry wheelchair van so we can take mom on outings and 949 Wheelchair Vans Inc. was awesome to deal with. Sam and Sommer handled the transaction and it was smooth and easy. The vans at this dealership undergo multi-point inspections, rehab if needed and complete service and detail. They offer free nationwide shipping, $1000 off or a 1 year warranty. The customer service is phenomenal and they have a wide selection of vans, scooters and related accessibility equipment. I so appreciate the professionalism, knowledge and kindness of staff and highly recommend 949 Wheelchair vans Inc. to anyone searching for such a vehicle. Mom is going to be so happy. Thanks to Sam, Sommers and the entire team at this top rated business. 8/20/2024 Stopped by today and met with Sam to pay the balance on the wheelchair van to help transport mom. Sam was professional, courteous and kind. We plan to pick the van up by the end of the week or early next week. This dealership is the best in the nation for wheelchair lift and ramp equipped vans. Great people, excellent selection and fair pricing. Highly recommended. Previously visit wife and I stopped in to look at accessibility vans that we may purchase in the near future so we can take mom out of the house for some fun and meals. We were not sure if the side ramp or rear ramp would be best and what exactly was best for mom based on her condition, also taking parking into consideration, etc. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We looked at a few vans, and I must say this place is premier relative to stock, options, condition, etc. Sam was patient, understanding, and a stellar representative for the business. His customer service skills are definitely 5 star plus. I plan to come back within a month and do business with Sam! Highly recommended.

I truly appreciate this place and have been a returning customer for the past 16 years, and for good reason. The people here are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to adaptive equipment. I recently brought my scooter in for service and, as always, they delivered. If you or someone you love needs equipment or service, Iโd encourage you to check them out. Thank you to everyone at Wheelchair Vans Inc for your assistance and support. I appreciate you very much ๐๐ป
