This shop more than exceeded our expectations!! We’re relatively new to WA state and so we are still discovering places to go for any needs. Our car was hit in a parking lot and the driver’s insurance company (thanks to the driver for being responsible enough to hold themselves accountable for damages) was the one who assigned Pacific Motor CO. I was a bit apprehensive since I didn’t have much of a choice in the shop but was put at ease almost immediately when I got that first call. The ladies at reception are so professional and friendly. Tyler was also great! Everything was great and everyone was amazing. The text updates really helped paint a picture of when to expect the car back. Dropping off the car was easy, and they coordinated with the local Enterprise for the rental. Enterprise came to pick us up within 5 minutes of arriving at the shop. Pickup was also so smooth and we were able to leave the rental there. Had the car back in less than two weeks and it looks as if nothing happened!! Before and after photos below. If I could give you 100 stars out of 10 I would.

I was shocked at how quickly my car was returned with all damage gone. My car had been rear ended at a traffic light. They had my car for less than a day to replace the bumper and take care of some slight structural damage under it. Very nice people also.

Great experience here working with Bobby, Monica and team. My car was repaired quickly and Monica ensured my insurance claim went smoothly, she also facilitated a quick rental pick up and drop off including shuttles. Bobby helped me get my mirror fixed outside of my claim as an act of good service and kept me updated about my vehicles progress. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, kept us informed the whole time. The body work and paint on the vehicle came out AMAZING like it was brand new again. I thought they would have it for at least two weeks but they had the vehicle back to me in four days. We worked with Bobby and he was always available and if not he would call back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When someone decided to “redecorate” my car with their bumper, the insurance of the person who hit me (Trumbull Insurance) sent me to Pacific Motor Company for an estimate. I was expecting the usual slow-motion repair saga—but these folks were the complete opposite. The staff were prompt, professional, personable, and actually called me back faster than I could refresh my email. They kept me updated and handled everything with zero hassle. If getting rear-ended ever had a silver lining, it’s finding a repair shop like this one. Highly recommend Pacific Motor Company for anyone who wants efficiency served with a side of good humor and reliability. 10/10 would recommend getting hit again just to use PMC. Update: 11/11/2025 Fantastic work. First: The gentleman who I spoke with who returned my keys was professional, humorous, and transparent. The work was done very well. The left driver side & passenger door was damaged. See before and after pictures. Second: admin/reception was professional, thorough, and as mentioned earlier, made the entire process SEAMLESS. All in all, very happy with the work they did. And they are a community company. I live in Tacoma and it was a very family-feeling atmosphere. The only thing that could make it better is complimentary shiatsu massages. Though i think Progressive & USAA might not be happy with covering that under "emotional damage."

The damage was pretty significant along the rear quarter panel and wheel arch, but the repair is absolutely flawless. The paint match on the black finish is perfect, and the body lines are back to factory specs. Fast, professional, and took all the stress out of a bad situation. Highly recommend!

I want to take a moment to leave Pacific Motor a well-deserved 5-star review. If you are looking for a reliable and professional collision repair shop, I highly recommend this place. If your insurance company allows you to choose your own repair facility, Pacific Motor should definitely be your first choice. I had a theft claim on my truck and the manager, Tyler Estes, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was extremely informative, kept me updated, and worked directly with the insurance company to make everything as smooth as possible. When I received my truck back, it looked brand new again. It’s no surprise that USAA works with them. The entire team at Pacific Motor is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I’m very grateful for the work they did and for getting my vehicle back on the road looking great again. If I ever need collision repair in the future, I will definitely be returning here. Highly recommended.
