NORO!!!! WOWSER!!! His work, is amazing! He's professional, and most important he cared most about me the client and not the insurance company. Noro made sure we got what was needed to get our vehicle repaired! He took care of the communication with the insurance adjuster of the person who hit me, and that was the best part. It was one less thing to deal with. I am recommending Noro and Palmdale Uni-Body to anyone asking me for a body shop referral! WHY? Because they WON'T be disappointed! THAT'S WHY!!! I'm not one to write reviews, but when I receive superb customer service, it is a must. Excellent job Noro, Aro and team!! Someone accidentally pushed over a motorcycle and hit my car, which put dent in it. So I started looking around for shops that fix dents and I came across Palmdale Uni-Body & Frame, Inc. They had a 5 star rating, so I said, "why not"! Not only do they offer excellent customer service and are super professional, and have reasonable prices, they are also very polite. And Noro is a genuine person, I can tell when someone is genuine and have a good heart. So if you need work done on your car, check them out!

Based on reading other reviews, I took my car for some paintwork. I must say, everyone is right about this place. Noro gives you the best price and the honest opinion on what he recommends. In my case, his opinion ended-up costing me less than what I originally wanted to do. I took my first car and had a great experience, now with confidence I am taking my second car to his shop. I had the most amazing experience today here at this body shop! Oh my goodness the owner of the shop when far above and beyond in order to help me in my crisis with my car. I will never forget this experience! I recommend this shop to everybody, they will treat you right. Not only will they get the job done but they well make sure that you are 100% happy! I went in by myself and I don't have much knowledge about cars and I can honestly say that I 100% trust this shop with any future problems with my car.

Hi !, I had work done here , Noro help me when I needed my car fixed. Last year at the end of August I had a car accident and the insurance company told me my car was totaled and it would cost more to fix than the value of my car. My car has low mileage and is well taken care of, runs great no problems, other than the accident ( which was not my fault, her insurance was taking care of it ) I did not want to let go of it, so I looked for another repair shop, found Uni-body & frame Inc…. They fixed it !… I got to keep my car and payed less . I waited to write this review, no issues… Thanks Noro ! Great job.👏🏼

Noro and his crew welded mid frame stiffeners on my '98 Cherokee's unibody and did a terrific job. It's now undercoated/sealed with some thicker paint that deadens sound. It looks clean! Additionally, I brought in an '05 Pontiac GTO for hood repairs after a deer was hit two years ago. Rust was cleaned out, dent was fixed, and it looks like a brand new hood! Headlight lenses were defogged and some scratches on the side we're buffed out. It looks so much better now. Terrific work w/friendly and fast service with no BS. I highly recommend them.

After sitting down and discussing a reasonable price I’m glad I left it at Palmdale Unibody. Reasonable guys that enjoying what they do and it clearly shows. Edit: It’s about a year now and the paint is peeling pretty bad, all because I scraped the bottom of the bumper. It’s flaking off like a bad sunburn.

I am writing this to warn others based on my experience. I purchased BUMPER on 1-17-23 for $660.00 Despite second attempts to contact support regarding about my bumper why he use glue, I have received no response and no refund. I have documented all interactions and recommend caution before engaging with this business.
