GREAT SERVICE! I found myself in an unexpected situation where my battery died. Matt arrived and got my car started. I was about to head to the dealership to get a new battery, I was already prepared to pay an arm and leg. Matt made a phone call and said the shop had a battery for me and to follow him back. This whole interaction from start to finish was maybe 30-45 mins and I drove off happy! All the guys at the shop were amazing and the price was affordable. I am an extremely happy customer and when needed I will continue to do business with them in the future!!!! Keep up the great work guys!

I needed to get new tires for suv. I went into this shop after a difficult and stressful experience at another store however Steve and Anglo were both very pleasant and patiently assisted me with selecting the right tires for my vehicle. Brought my car in for inspection after it failed at the dealer. Was looking for a second opinion as was quoted thousands of dollars for a bunch of fixes. I knew there was a red flag when the dealer was saying I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had just did the pads myself 1.5 months earlier! Parker mechanical squeezed me in at the end of the month to take a look at it. Lo and behold, the car passed inspection . I was shocked. Angelo went back to confirm with the mechanic that everything was ok. All of the fixes the dealer was telling me needed to be done were not required for passing inspection (which they insisted were!). Angelo went over some things to consider getting done (maintenance ) over the next year (car has 85k miles on it) Will totally bring back there. Thanks so much. Highly Recommend them !

I absolutely love this place. Whatever I need they get done in a timely manner. They are flexible and allow me to drop off my car before work and I can pick it up either on lunch or after work. And the best thing happened recently. I had to replace my breaks. They started making a funny sound. And they took the car back twice to review and resolve the issue. They made sure that my car was in good shape and that I was happy. These are rare qualities in a mechanic shop. I do not take this for granted because as a woman I've had some poor experiences. This place is a true gem!

I have a young daughter that goes to Marist university I got the dreaded phone call her check engine light went on car is driving like crap. Next morning took the day off drove 2 hours to Marist to check out the car. Driving like crap no way I'm getting it home I went to Parker on a recommendation. The place is spotless truly impressive. The guy behind the counter said two guys out sick he will get to it but it's going to be a couple of hours. Next thing I know car is in the bay they bring me into the spotless garage show me the problem fix it in 30 minutes and I'm on my way. Highly recommend this shop to all the dad's who kids are in the area going to college they are honest extremely price competitive and a clear cozy safe waiting area. I was in a situation I could of easily been taken advantage of knowing I was far from home but I wasn't that's extremely unusual and refreshing. I highly recommend this shop for the college dad's who run into a automotive issue you won't be disappointed or taken advantage of.
