I'm disabled in a wheelchair and had a doctor's appointment this morning. My son parked his truck by the entrance door in the parking garage in order to make transfer easier and in the SEVEN minutes it took him to come back upstairs and collect me it had been towed! Building management was no help immediately after the incident either. Ridiculous!!!

Why are these folks in business the worst doesn't answer the phone voicemail full keep changing the pickup time it went from 60 mins to 6hrs very unprofessional don't waste your time I'm telling you get your insurance to find another company to assist you

These people are HORRIBLE!!Drivers nasty&rude!!They do not even strap cars down correct so they can get away quickly while illegally/lifting stealing cars!Then they pull nearest out of sight corner to finish work!If u did things by protocol,u wouldn't have to hide what u are doing!

Got my mustang towed the other day, my suspension all the way to the ground cause i just got it lowered and it was the cleanest and best pickup i’ve seen out of all tow truck drivers in this area. 100% recommend this company

They towed my friend’s show car out of his OWN parking garage over a ‘complaint’. Caused over 1,000 dollars in damage to the fenders, wheels, and wrap. His car is literally sitting on the ground per his suspension but the company towed it anyway. Zero respect for other people’s property. Wish I could leave a 0 star but that is unfortunately not possible.

My husband parked at a local business location in downtown Newport News and the vehicle was towed. There was a sign at the business saying "patrons only". Our vehicle WAS NOT wrongfully towed. When he went to pay the fee and get the car back at 4:30pm after he was off of work on a Friday the establishment was closed. The sign on the door said MONDAY - FRIDAY open SATURDAY & SUNDAY closed. I called them back the next Monday when they opened back up to ask how much the fee would be all together. I asked if we were going to have to pay for the car being there over the weekend considering the business was closed. The receptionist said, "Well, you know, if you would have just called us we would have come and got your car out for you." I asked how I would have known that considering there was no sign specifying so at the establishment, I have never been towed and am ignorant, there is no website with information, and typically when a business has a sign that says CLOSED that means they are closed. The receptionist said, " well, you could have called to find out." I didn't know if she just really didn't understand what she just said or I'd she couldn't understand my point of view but I didn't feel like dancing in circles around the situation.

Worst service. My insurance dispatched this company to pick up my disabled vehicle off the interstate. They were the 2ndcompany called. After reading reviews I was not happy with the choice. Still hesitant I gave them a try. Tried to reach out to them after them being assigned to my car. Phone rang, no answer, voicemail full. 3 red flags. I contacted insurance company informed them that I was not happy with the decision, they said tried to contact them same response. They gave them 10 mins to respond. I then tried to contact them back only to be sent straight to voicemail. After 10 mins insurance saw no motion on the service order reached out again no response. Needless to say this company was then taken off the job. Call SIGGIS TOWING LLC. They definitely got my prize possession home safely and with no worries of my possessions being taken or mishandled.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Card reader doesn't work. Then they have ridiculous fees and charges. This place definitely scams pennies and dollars from their tows. Only reason they get a star is so I can leave this review!
