Lied about warranty. When it was time to warranty at part that failed they failed did not keep their promise. Not a good place to buy parts!!!!!

I would rate it less then zero but 1 is the lowest allowed. The people there were illiterate to vehicles and parts, when I asked about a part the acted dumb. Then was hing up on. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Went into the parts store on 1410 2nd St there were 8 employees and none were a face mask also 2 customers not wearing face mask this is the attitude that will cause a resurgence of covid19 and close businesses.

Glad to find this place, I service my own vehicles and use the recommended fluids. So my Ford runs motorcraft fluids and my GM runs Acdelco like the factory recommended. Not living in the city I usually order my stuff or will go to the local dealer. When I went to my local GM dealer to get some Dextron they only had 55gallon drums. They told me parts plus in ABQ carries ACdelco Dextron. I made the phone call and Don B got me setup. I went into town and they carried everything I needed. Its nice to be able to pick up everything for different makes of vehicles and support a local business. This will be my new go to for parts. Also I went in last week during the pandemic, people were wearing masks myself being one of them, and they have the dividers setup at the front I felt completely safe here.

I woke up and my car wouldn't start. I got lucky and it started up and this was the closest place according to Siri. The mechanic out front tested my battery to confirm it was dead. Parts Plus gave me a discount on the battery, and the mechanic from the attached auto repair put it in, free! His name was Leonard and he was professional and kind. He wouldn't even take a tip. I was blown away. In one hour I had a new battery under $100 a renewed faith in humankind.
