My experience with work done on my car by Pat’s Paint and Body was, to say the least, devastating. A family member hit my car in my driveway and took it to Pat’s to have it repaired. Because my family member pays Pat cash so that Pat won’t have to claim it on his taxes, Pat did what he himself described as “a cheap job”. Not only was the paint and body work terrible, but my car was returned to me with extra scratches that weren’t there when it was taken to Pat. In addition, the car was returned to me with the paper and tape still attached and the car was covered with bondo residue. When I pointed out the poor work to Pat, he gave no defense. When it came to the extra scratches, Pat vehemently denied that they occurred while the car was with him. My family member that hit my car and took it to Pat, spoke with Pat about all the issues concerning my car. The end result was Pat agreeing that the paint job was of poor quality and returned a measly $300 of the $1500 bill. Now, I have to pay out of my pocket to have all the paint and body work done on my car by Pat re-done by another paint and body business. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and angry.

I brought my car to Pat’s after someone ran into me. The front bumper and a light needed to be changed. Pat had my car completely repaired in 2 days. The parts were around $900. Pat only charged me $400 for labor. My car looks new again! What a bargain and awesome service. Also, he is the nicest man ever!!!
