I would definitely recommend this place! The service was quick and inexpensive as compared to anywhere else I’ve been. The issue with my Mercedes air suspension and struts was completely resolved a couple of months ago and I haven’t had any issues since. I will definitely return if ever needed. Worst shop I have ever been to. Pat is non responsive, and when he does respond he will give you the sales pitch . Does not answer your questions and tries to go around them. Took my truck in to get it fixed and came out the same after spending well over $2900. He gave me the vehicle the same as I took it in. Now I’m stuck with a non operating vehicle and $2900 down the drain.

Dealing with anything car related other than driving it gives me horrible anxiety. I always feel like I'm going to be pressured and pushed around. When my car was having issues I found him through a ton of recommendations on a community page and called him to get my car looked at. It literally died as I pulled into his lot with 2 kids in the backseat. He helped me stay cool and collected, and helped me and figure out what to do next. I never felt pressured, never felt like my questions annoyed him. In fact it was the exact opposite. He is genuine, and just a good hearted person. He really had my back, and went above and beyond to help me out. I truly don't have enough good things to say about him. 10 Stars.

What a great place, instead of saying all this work is needed, Pat explained that brakes in front are needed but back brakes are fine only 50% wear. Asked about the shocks from another company said I needed them because the OEM book says so. Pats team looked at them said the shocks were fine, do not need to do at this time. But will keep a watch on them when they do the oil changes. Highly recommend Pat and his Team

The major auto dealerships have so much overhead that the rational person knows that it’s inevitable that you will be overcharged for services that aren’t covered by an existing warranty, due to high overhead and slim profit margins. The next logical option is to find a local auto shop. It’s really hard to find a reputable, and trustworthy auto shop. I equate it to finding an honest dentist. Everyone needs one, they are hard to find, and once you find a good one you are a customer for life. I used to work down the street from Pat’s old shop, and would drop it off during lunch. He always had my car ready for me when I was done, and he would take the time to ask me about my day. I internet stalked him after I found out he left his old job, and discovered he started his own business. If you are tired of the anxiety that comes along with trying to find a reputable auto shop, you have found the answer. Patricio is honest, friendly, and fair. And I feel lucky to have found him again. As with any new business, he is still trying to figure everything out and adapt, aren’t we all? I highly recommend his shop.

One of the most honest mechanic shops I've been to based on my experiences here. Patricio is extremely friendly and fair. Last time I came here I had a blown head gasket and brought my car in for compression tests and advice. Pat gave me very helpful and straightforward information about what my next steps could be, and the pros and cons of each choice. Pat wasn't pushy at all about doing the work in his shop, and he recommended a local machine shop for my engine head and tips for doing the work myself if I chose that route. If you're having an emergency with your car, I recommend coming here for friendly service. Having issues with your car is always extremely stressful; it's inarticulably warming and helpful to have bad news delivered by a friendly face, simply and without informational fluff.

I will be going here from now on. Not only is Pat an amazing person, but his work ethic is on point. He is one of the most honest and sweetest people I've met in a long time. Which is hard to find for this type of business. Not only did he give me a great price on the work that needed to be done, but he also showed me what needed to be fixed now and what was going to need a little love later. This guy right here - is one of the most solid / well knowledged / fairly priced / and caring people I’ve ever worked with. I used to work on diesel engines, and I’ve seen a lot of bad mechanics/shops in my time. People that try to hose you for every dollar you have. Not this guy. I also do a lot of my own work on my Toyota Truck, but whenever I run in to something that stumps me, I come straight here and I always get fantastic help + input. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful the owner of the shop was! Late on a Friday night, I realized my car was locked in their lot after hours. I called, and without hesitation, the owner came out to unlock the gate for me. He went above and beyond to help me out, even though my car wasn't there for service. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days. If this is how they treat people outside of business hours, I can only imagine the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend this shop for their outstanding professional, professionalism, and genuine care for people!
