Service was not ok cause he tried hard to figure out wat wrong w my car but he couldn't in the end and it took too many days and he charged me 80 dollars for doing nothing to it.

Paid these guys 600 dollars. Got my car back in worse shape the same day. When asked what happened they stated the care needs a bunch of repairs and isnt worth the money, after of course taking my 600 dollars. Talked to my old mechanic in northern California who said we got ripped off. Went back to Paul's auto where they referred me to another dealers mechanic, the mechanic and dealer THEY REFFERED US to said we got ripped off and said we should demand a refund or a proper repair of the vehicle. This is the first time I have ever been so disappointed in customer service that I Have left a poor review.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I am proud to call them my mechanics. For several years I count on them to keep me on the roads safe and sound, they are real and authentic and sincerely care about helping everyone. I trust them like family and everybody should trust their mechanics that way. They are in the center of Oxnard. Isaiahs and his son have been the face of this business for as long as I remember. I had an Emergency my Brakes on my Honda 2011 CR-V went out completely, I called and asked if they could repair it. They said yes and they completed the repairs in 2 hours. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I will be taking all my Auto repairs to this Garage.

Had a check engine light. Came to get it repair told me it was the o2 sensor, they "fixed" it and told me if it comes back on to come back, within the week it was fixed the light came back on and called. They checked it out and told me the catalytic converter had a crack. I had to pay for both repairs. It wasn't even two repairs, more like one. Charged me for an o2 sensor and labor, which wasn't even the problem of the light, and then I had to come back to get it actually fixed and having to pay again. It seems like they just put new parts and hope it works. In total, I spent around $600.

The mechanics here are great. I dealt with Eric when I took my car and he was friendly, informative. I needed 3 different things done on my car and they were able to get it all taken care of in 1 day. I don't feel like I was over charged for anything and everything that was done to my car Eric showed me the parts and exactly what they did. I will definitely take my car back if I ever need any work done to it and highly recommend them to anyone needing their car looked at or taken care of!
