Peltier Ford sold my family a Certified Blue Advantage package with our new car for an extra ~$2,200. With the package guaranteed us that the dealership did a 139 point inspection on the vehicle. Just on the drive home, we found multiple issues wrong with the car. We live out of town, so we took the car to our local dealership. $1,300 later, the other dealership repaired multiple items that were supposedly on the 139 point inspection checklist. I highly doubt any 139 point inspection was ever actually done by Peltier. I’ve emailed and called Peltier 10+ times asking for a copy of the 139 point inspection report that we PAID ~$2,200 for only to receive no response. On top of scamming us out of ~$2,200 by selling us an inspection that was never done, Peltier ran my credit without permission when I expressly told them not to. They ran my credit not once but FOUR times. We specifically told them we came to the dealership with financing already in hand and did not need or want them to run my credit. Dusty Brooks, our sales rep, told me that Peltier just needed my information to “close the deal” - whatever that means. So, I gave him my information but expressly refused to sign the bottom portion of the document requesting for authorization to pull my credit. I told him multiple times I was only giving my information but did not authorize a credit pull and was not and would not sign the authorization. I get home and see that Peltier did in fact pull my credit when I expressly said not to. Worst dealership experience ever. Do not come here unless you want to be lied to and scammed. I will be opening a report with corporate and with whichever governmental agencies I need to report Peltier’s behavior.

ASK FOR ROBERT OR ARTHUR! We worked with Arthur, but both are charismatic and genuinely excited to serve their customers… Arthur was more than willing to help us in every way possible. I’ve bought cars from about 6 dealerships, but had experiences with 30+ and I can say that Robert & Arthur at Ford are #1… and I’m very critical of people in the customer service field. Can’t recommend them more highly! I don’t even like Ford, but from this experience alone I’ll always consider coming here to see what they have. Dear Ford, Do NOT lose these guys. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Peltier Ford. My salesman, Hudson, was outstanding!!!! The dealership is in Texas and I live in Colorado. Hudson is easy to talk to and is a straight shooter. He was able to answer all of my questions and very understanding of me being out of state. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, he sent me pictures of it and made sure everything was as promised. I flew into DFW a couple of days later and when I arrived at the dealership, my Ranger was ready for me in immaculate condition. I can't imagine not reaching out to Hudson for future vehicle purchases even though I am in Colorado. Hudson and Peltier Ford are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you, Hudson!!!!

Maybe I will get a response this way! This is an email I have sent to the General Manager of this Peltier dealership. Good afternoon, My name is Rebecca Padron and I am a customer that bought a 2024 Ford Explorer in July of 2024 from your dealership. I have recently noticed that the struts on my Explorer are starting to go out causing knocking and clicking noises in the front end. I contacted the service center and have spoken with Matt 2 times. I have explained to him that I need a vehicle to drive if I am going to bring mine (which is under warranty still) to get fixed. I spoke with Matt last Friday the second time explaining my situation on 1/16. Matt assured me that he would call me back with information on a loaner vehicle that there is a "new program" that you guys are initiating with fleet vehicles. Ok great! I never got a call back. He also informed me the first time I spoke to him that there is a 35 person wait list for a loaner vehicle. First that is a crazy amount of people waiting. What kind of mess have you gotten into?? Second, I have to still have a car to get to work while mine is being fixed. I feel like giving 2 chances to resolve this is good enough until I contacted you. I am highly disappointed in the "service" I have gotten to get my car in to be fixed. Honestly, I never would have had issues at Fairway Ford in Henderson like this. I am going to hope that their dealership will help me in this situation. I just thought you should know the poor job that your staff is doing.

I traded in my beloved 2017 Ford Edge (after 5 wonderful years) due to an engine issue that I could not fix. I came in needing to figure something out fast and Hudson worked with me with what little I brought to the table. I have no idea how he did it but he was able to get me into something newer and within my price range. The gentleman that helped me with the financing paperwork was also a tremendous help as was the lady who helped me figure out all the bells and whistles of my new car before I left the lot. At no point in time did I feel rushed to make a decision, or as though I wasn’t worth helping out since I didn’t have a huge down payment to work with. Everyone made me feel like I was making the best decision at the right time. To boot, Hudson checked on me two different times after the purchase to check in and even helped me get scheduled for a service appointment (wiper hose reconnection). To shoutout the service department, those ladies who helped out were top notch! Again, I never felt like I was bothering them, or that my issue didn’t matter. They took care of the situation and were so kind the entire time. While I love my car now and have no intention of trading in at the moment, would I go back to Peltier Ford or refer anyone to them? Absolutely! They made my car buying experience painless and I’m loving my new vehicle with no regrets. Thank you so much Hudson and team of Peltier Ford!! Have a wonderful New Year!!

The most incredible car buying experience I’ve ever had! I found what I was looking for, inquired about it, talked to Will and Matt on the phone a few times and I was in and out of there in less than a couple hours with a new ride. It was quick and easy! I won’t ever buy another vehicle anywhere else! My experience with Peltier Ford was extremely frustrating, especially considering this all happened right after purchasing a $69,000 vehicle. First, I want to make it clear that my salesman was great. Even though he is new to the industry, he was attentive, professional, and the only one who genuinely tried to help when I couldn’t get answers. This review is not about him. The service department experience was very disappointing. The first time I brought my vehicle in, I waited almost 5 hours. No one updated me, and when I finally went to ask about it, they didn’t even know what I was talking about—a full day wasted. The second time, I dropped my truck off at 9 AM for a diagnostic, clearly explaining it would stay for a couple of days. I called at 5 PM that same day to check on progress and was told they were “still working on it.” The next morning there was no update or call, and repeated attempts to reach anyone in the service department failed. I had to call my salesman, who again was the only one trying to help. On top of that, the finance department was unprofessional. Once I declined the extended warranty, the polite and friendly attitude completely changed, which felt disrespectful and pushy. I wish the dealership valued customers as much as they value the sale.

Their internet sales team was incredible Clarissa was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her communication and professionalism made the entire process easy, even from out of state. The finance department was just as great.
