For getting me a used tire quickly at an affordable price, they get at least 2 stars. However they don't get the other 3 for selling me a tire that had problems day 1 and breaking my tire pressure sensor then lying about it and over charging me for a new one and the labor to put it in. I have full documentation on the before and after due to consulting a trusted mechanic beforehand. As good as the prices are, this place really is "You get what you pay for."

Yeah these people fix my tire but they really screwed up my front tires by a stripping the bolts to where they have no absolutely no bolt left on them it's just rounded steel. They wouldn't come off with my regular lug wrench so I had to call AAA and the triple a professional couldn't get them off because they had strip them out so bad. So that would have to take it back to them. But I'm not taking it back to them I'm taking it to another shop. Did watch these people because they will strip your tires out on purpose. I was just there and they just took the tires off and put them back on so I know they did it.

I went to Pensacola tire shop they charged me $30 dollars just to hit my rim with a hammer I feel like that’s way too much he took advantage. $10 Would’ve been a reasonable price I feel like ):

Stopped in today at 2:45 pm due to a slow leak showing on my cars TPS monitor and they took my car immediately and offered up the right solution for the embedded nail. They plugged the tire inside and had us back on the road no time. They were great to deal with and provide prompt and cost effective service. Thank you all involved as we were at the end of our 2 day journey from Canada to Pensacola which was over 1,200 miles and had this happen 60 miles from our vacation rental. Michael & Marina.
