Very good experience! The shop owner is very honest. If I did all the service at the dealer, it would cost me 2500+, here it costs only 800.

Experienced young knowledgeable owners! Great neighborhood automotive repair shop. Two brothers small business but a lot work seems to go on. They specialize in Mercedes Benz they say. I am Caddillac man myself. Vulger one the owners started out working on my 2006 SRX awhile and was very competent with repairs on it. Took my new 2017 XT5 in for a oil change today and received great service and great price. 👍 Tire rotation in and out service. Great pri ing friendly service as always!

Pretty cool people. Great customer service.Only thing I hate about it is I brought in one of my vehicles for to be fixed and they couldn’t find the problem it sat for a week maybe which is no problem then I get a call saying they can’t find the issue they’ve checked this checked that did voltage test & etc. everything’s checks out fine not to mention they recommended a tune up which did nothing ($400 gone down the drain). They didn’t even drive it after or they would’ve found out it’s doing the same thing as it did before the senseless tune. So I’ve decided to take it to another place and boom they found the issue ASAP. Got it replaced and back running well I just hate I wasted $400 for nothing the car didn’t need a tune up but could use one. Guy steady mentioning if we replace this or replace that it’ll be more than the car is worth which I totally understand but at the same time the trans is new and the engine is strong and good. You either can fix it r not money isn’t a issue.I wanted my car back to how it was and they couldn’t find the simplest issue even after mentioning it to them. I’ve had my E350 serviced thur these guys maybe last year I think which is what they specialize in BMW,Mercedes,SAABs & etc. Good customer service and great attitude but work is trash with American made cars. I’m good overall on this place,Never again.

We were visiting from Michigan and our brake lights went out and low on oil. He showed us how to check the oil and fix the brake lights very quickly! The service was also superb! If you are having car problems, stop here!

The employees here are amazing. They are friendly, funny, and do such a fantastic job when it comes to fixing what you need fixing. I will be returning to this place. I 10/10 recommended. I’m picky when it comes to fixing my car because they are expensive as it is so I want whomever fixing it to fix it and handle my vehicle with care. And the price isn’t bad at ALL. You cannot go wrong with getting your car fixed here. Better hop on the wave ;)

They were very accommodating and helpful when consulting me about the most cost-effective way to address my car problems. The team is very friendly and professional. We have been to them a couple of times for both of our cars and have recommended their services to friends.

I had a big repair needed on my Ford Fiesta. I had a head gasket blow that caused a warped engine head. They went above and beyond to make sure everything needed was repaired. They communicated really well and found the best prices and the best solutions for my car. I will definitely go back and recommend them to others.

Service was fast and friendly and affordable! My AC unit had been out since January and I finally decided to get it looked at. The staff were able to get me in the same day, figure out the problem and fix it within hours. Not to mention they were able to repair the blower motor instead of finding a replacement, which saved me money! I'll definitely be coming back for future repairs!

Short version : took my mercedes in for camshaft actuators. They did the job quick and gave it back to me with a new check engine code and said it was because of my ecu. I checked their work (I am a mechanic) and they mounted a camshaft postion sensor wheel wrong. I called them and told them what I found and they said bring it back. It sat for 7 months at there shop. Every time i called i was told 2 weeks. My vehicle sat so long it killed the amg battery. Weeds were growing up through the engine bay. Water got in and fried my rear sam module (Only found this out after I was fed up and wanted it back since it wasnt being looked at, It wouldnt start) . They replaced it with a chinese knock off that melted on the way home and stranded me. 1. Didnt back their work. Acted like I was wrong and that they didnt mess up the job.( After tearing the engine apart it was what I said and the sensor wheel was mounted wrong. I replaced it and mounted it the right way and no more code now) 2. Vehicle is trash now. Took it in for 2 engine codes and got it back with 5. Had to get new battery( battery was 3 mo old). Gas guage does not work now. Rear hatch doesnt work now. Battery drains now with in a day. This is all due to the rear sam module they replaced with a chinese one. It did melt on the way home and stranded me at the gas station. So, all in all, took them a running vehicle and 7 months later i now have a non running vehicle that now has more issues to fix then when I took it to them and I still cant get it licensed. 3. No respect for your property I only took it to them because it was winter and I didnt have anywhere to do the job myself.

Always spot on with problem solving and operating with strong good will. I know that I can rely on their quality of service and expertise as well as well earned trust. Thank you Pernod Auto Repair.

Had my starter for my Jeep done here. I thought that Tony and I were friends that's why I trusted him to work on my car. I definitely didn't get a discount nor did I ask for one. The day after I got my starter fixed it wouldn't start. I had to get underneath my Jeep and tap on the start so my car would start. I had to get it off the lot or it would have been towed. I called up Tony and told him what happened. He asked me if I tapped on the starter I said yeah I had no other choice. I paid him $750 so I couldn't afford a tow or afford for them to tow my jeep to the tow yard. He told me we'll since you tapped on it I can't replace it with the warranty. They wouldn't had known i tapped on it for one and for 2 I wouldn't of tapped on it if you didn't put a bad starter on my Jeep. I now only trust Eric's master auto repair. He is a great guy that understands how important it is to have you car and doesn't charge an arm and a leg to fix it.

I brought my car here and they returned it with more problems than before. Before I even left the lot, I told him that the dashboard was saying, check system, which it hadn’t before. He said he didn’t know why it was saying that. He knew and still thought it was a good idea to return it to me the customer that way. I wish I never pulled off that day and demanded he figure it out but I was in a rush to get to work. He said he would take a look at it after my one week check up for the leak. I called for a couple days after, and nobody answered until one day. I walked over and saw that there was a sign on the door. Sign said they would be back at the end of August with a different number. I called and told them that I needed them to do the check on the oil leak and figure out what the hell they had done to my car because I had to drive a very long distance and was worried my car would fail. They told me to come for an appointment and I said OK. I came back on the date they told me to and nobody was there. It’s now the end of September and nobody will answer the phone and every time I drive-by it looks closed with a cone closing off the entrance. I feel like they took advantage of me because I’m a woman. They also never emailed me my receipt despite asking about it now 3x. Can’t get ahold of them and I think they really messed up. Now I have to take it to another mechanic to figure out what they did to cause that to come on my dashboard and if they even fixed what they were supposed to. I was trying to give a small business a chance because they’re so close to me. And now next time I will just go to Jiffy Lube or my other mechanic. I’m incredibly upset about this whole thing as I spent hundreds of dollars. And I can’t even get a RECEIPT! They also changed my fluid for my AC charged me for it then said I needed a compressor, therefore it still does not work. They said a new compressor was 700$. Idk how true that is but I am going to find out.

Sonie and Valger,....it was good doing business with you! Hey all, I chose this auto repair shop based on review research, going there to introduce myself and a "walk-thru" with Sonie. And after getting a few other repair shops' quotes, I chose Pernod Auto Repair. The job was a complete ABC suspension delete on my 2005 SL55 AMG. Including but not limited to removal of struts, hydraulic lines, ABC cooler, accumulators, valve blocks, etc. Following that up with the installation of BC Racing Coilovers, and front & rear sway bars. During the time my car was with them Valger kept me up to date on any snags and progress. All this work for a VERY reasonable cost, (compared to other shop quotes I had obtained) and I hope to do business with them again!
