This is how you earn a customer for life: though I’ve been using Phil Meraux tire lately, I was at the Ford dealership getting other service done so I asked them to patch a tire with a very slow leak. The result was, “We couldn’t find the leak.” So I dropped it off at Phil Meraux Tire, and the response was, “We couldn’t find a leak, so we removed the tire, cleaned the rim, replaced the valve stem core, and remounted the tire and lined it with sealant.” THAT is service.

Went in to get my tires mounted. Joe immediately brought my car into the shop and they started taking off the old tires. Then, in about 20 minutes, the new tires were balanced and mounted. This was extremely fast as the shop was busy when I got there. Next was the free alignment check and a needed alignment. This took another 15-20 minutes. Wow, I was in and out with my new tires and alignment in less than 45 minutes! Very impressed with not only the fast service but also the professionalism and friendliness of the staff-Joe, Melissa and Chris. I look forward to getting more tires there as well as oil changes. And, their prices were very close to the "big box" guys. Moreover, I would rather do business with a local family owned business anyway.

I am a 60 year old woman. I was traveling alone pulling a 36foot trailer with my horse inside. Less than a mile after getting on the interstate I had a blowout. While I changed the tire my husband, who was at work, googled to find a tire shop. Since the trailer tires were old we decided to change all of the tires. My husband sent me to Phil Mearux Tire Shop. They understood the health risk of my horse standing inside a stopped trailer in the heat. As soon as I arrived at the shop they began jacking up the trailer and changing tires. On top of the fantastic service, the price for the tires was incredibly reasonable.

I don't post much, but this is a place I feel I have to say something... I've been bringing all of my cars and my kids cars here for probably over 25 years. If ever there was a place to go where you want to feel comfortable that they are telling you the truth and not trying to "upsell" you on anything, this is the place! I never have to worry (like I do for other mechanic work) about sending my wife or daughter or daughter-in-law by themselves to Meraux Tire. I know if they say something needs to be taken care of right away, you can believe them! Countless times they have said, "you can probably get another 10k miles out of those tires or brakes, or other wear items." They will never rip you off. They are extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and I don't go anywhere else!

My new go to tire shop! Shopped around for the lowest price on tires and they were it. Ordered tires and they were in the next morning. Brought my vehicle in a couple of hours later and their team started on my vehicle immediately. Did a complimentary check of the alignment on my vehicle and found it to be off slightly and realigned it for $75. They do road force balancing and they actually torque the lugs to factory specs with a torque wrench. So many places don't do this anymore. Tires even have lifetime rotation for free. I have passed this place for years and my only regret is not coming in sooner. Support a local business and get the best tire service in town!
