PM Autocare is amazing and hobest- and fairly priced! I went to them, after searching for a new car care business- and here what happened. I was told by a Naperville auto dealership that I needed new front brakes and rotors, and the dealer price was twice as much as PM Autocare. I was nervous to try a new place and told that to Max when I arrived. He said he would take good care of my car. After 20 minutes, Max came out and told me he wanted to show me something… I thought uh-oh…. Max showed me my front brakes and rotors and that I did NOT need them. That is amazing, and unheard of in today’s economy. I feel so fortunate to have found a new, honest and amazing auto care shop! As a single woman, I have been told false work is needed on my car. I’m so glad I trusted the reviews for PM Autocare or I would have spent a lot of money for something unnecessary. PM Autocare is a gem, and Max could not be any more upstanding or honest!

The guys here are amazing! Not only are the the prices very reasonable compared to other places I have been to, they make you feel included in the service. They tell you exactly what's going on in a simple way you can understand if you are not familiar with cars. If you are looking for reliable mechanics that are not going to try and oversell you this is the place!

I highly recommend PM Auto Care. I was having an inspection done on a vehicle. Max was completely transparent with issues he found in the car, and had even taken us back to physically see the issues. It was already late into the even, but he was willing to stay in to inspect our second choice of a vehicle. I am so grateful the honesty, transparency, thoroughness, and affordability. I don't live in the area but if I did, this would be my go to mechanic. Just by entering the building, you can see the owner truly puts their heart and soul into everything they do.

I live 3 minutes from this place. I was told by Honda that my front stabilizer links needed replaced and they wanted almost $700 For something that should only take 1.5 hours. That was insane to me. I called this place and Max was super helpful over the phone. He gave me a quote. I took my car in and he looked it over. He told me that he didn’t find anything else that needed done. (Honesty) and it took him exactly an hour and a half like he said it would, and he charged me exactly what he told me over the phone. (No surprises) it was much cheaper than Honda. Max was, professional, honest, and did a great job. I will be coming back for any work I need done, in the future. Highly recommend.

I visited several auto shops! Belle Tire, Firestone, Discount Tire, and even Walmart (some not listed) seeking help with a stripped screw stuck in my rear license plate. Unfortunately, each place either turned me away because they were too busy or explained that they didn’t provide the service, as it could potentially cause more harm than good. After searching online, I found this shop and gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and asked me to bring my car in so he could take a look. As soon as I arrived, they pulled my car right in, quickly removed the screw, and even offered to install my new plates at no cost. When I offered to leave a tip, they politely declined. I truly appreciate their professionalism, hospitality, and genuine care for their customers. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend their services.

So lucky I found these guys last night after 5:00. My brake line started leaking as I was leaving Aurora to drive home to Chicago. My car has a lot of rust underneath. A lot of shops probably wouldn't touch it. Other shops I called were too close to their closing. They got me fixed and back on the road and home. The price was very reasonable. And now this next morning I'm on the road towards my next service call instead of still needing a repair.

A month ago our old family car started bouncing on the road so I took it to the Toyota dealership. They said the entire suspension needed to be replaced and gave a very expensive estimate for the work. I was shocked and on a friend's advice I called this service. Guys patiently explained all the options to me and answered all my questions. I even called them many times to clarify details I didn't understand. So I brought the car in the morning and it was ready by the evening! The repair cost me three times less than what the dealership had quoted. They sent a photo report with explanations. Fantastic customer service. I called them right before they closed and explained my car situation. The gentleman on the phone listened to me and asked me to bring my car in the next morning so I did. I brought my car in for repairs paid approximately $800 for the work. While the repairs were so called completed, the experience was ultimately disappointing. Communication was limited for the first 48 hours and an associate name Peter expressed frustration with me when asked typical questions about my car. Given the outcome and my experience it did not feel worthwhile. The lack of customer service was very disappointing as I didn’t not feel like a valued customer. It wasn’t until I paid I received customer service ironically. I would suggest other nearby auto shops.

Had a great experience here. Had a check engine light come on and the car start shaking, fortunately I was close by to this shop and they were still open until 7pm. They immediately helped me run a diagnostic and identified the issue as multiple cylinder misfires. They gave a fair estimate for the work and had it all completed by the very next day! Very professional service, Peter was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!
